Eunorau 48V 25Ah Dorado ID-MAX Battery Review
A 48V 25AH Reention Dorado ID-MAX case battery at $699, listed for Eunorau FAT-HD 1.0, FAT-HD 1.0 Pro, FAT-AWD, UHVO(48V) and E-TORQUE(48V) bikes and several other brands. The page's capacity and Rate row (672WH) do not agree, so the figures and fit need checking.

Our verdict
A fit for an owner of a listed Eunorau model (FAT-HD 1.0, FAT-HD 1.0 Pro, FAT-AWD, UHVO(48V) or E-TORQUE(48V)) or of a listed brand, who wants a 48V 25AH pack and will confirm fit with the store. Look elsewhere if you need a capacity and energy figure that agree: the Rate row, the capacity and the page's web address do not. The main caveat is that 672WH differs from the 1200Wh the store's own formula gives.
- Best for
- Owners of a Eunorau model or brand on the page's compatibility list who want a 48V 25AH case-style pack.
- Skip if
- You need a capacity and energy figure that agree, or fitment confirmed for a brand outside the list.
Why 3.5/5: Its main lift is the store's published battery terms; its main drags are a page that contradicts itself on capacity and energy and the company's BBB profile (F grade, no accreditation and two unanswered complaints).
At $699 for a single 48V 25AH option, the Reention Dorado ID-MAX case battery lists Model No. 48V-25Ah-505, 18650 cells in a 13S4P configuration and a size of 460mm. The page names Eunorau's FAT-HD 1.0, FAT-HD 1.0 Pro, FAT-AWD, UHVO(48V) and E-TORQUE(48V) bikes plus several other brands as compatible.

Options and pricing
One option, Battery 48V 25AH, at $699, in stock when read, with no crossed-out price. The page lists no color choice and does not say whether a charger comes with the pack. Its compatibility list ends with Others without naming them, so fit for any other bike is left open.
How it compares
The Eunorau FAT-HD Battery 15.6Ah is $399 and its title names only the FAT-HD, while this $699 page lists FAT-HD 1.0, FAT-HD 1.0 Pro, FAT-AWD, UHVO(48V) and E-TORQUE(48V) plus other brands. The Eunorau S500 and S1000 Second Battery (48V 27Ah) is $799 for 27Ah and is listed only for the S500 and S1000, and the Eunorau 52V 21Ah Secondary Battery for FLASH E-Bikes is also $699 at a different voltage.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the shipping page says accessories and batteries go by FedEx or UPS in an estimated 5 to 9 days after 1 to 3 business days of processing; orders over $100 ship free and smaller orders pay $14.99, with a possible remote-area charge. If the local warehouse is out of stock, the item ships from an overseas warehouse in an estimated 10 to 15 business days, and there may be no carrier tracking until it reaches the destination country and clears customs. The FAQ gives 15 to 20 days for batteries sent from China. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the warranty page lists 24 months for the battery, covering manufacturing defects only; it is void if the battery's seals are broken, if the wrong or a misused charger was used, or if the battery was used in equipment other than the bike it is specified for. It is for the original purchaser, excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video) and does not cover labor. Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.
Before you buy
The page shows 5 customer reviews with 60% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016.

- The compatibility list names other brands with no fit detail and ends with Others
- No weight is listed, and Size is only 460mm

Questions before you buy
Which bikes does the page list as compatible?
EUNORAU FAT-HD 1.0 / FAT-HD 1.0 Pro / FAT-AWD / UHVO(48V) / E-TORQUE(48V), then ECCOBIKE, ADDMOTOR, VOLTBIKE, CIVI/M2S, Surface604bikes, Rambo, Quietkat, BAKCOU and Others.
What are the cell and electrical details?
The table lists Cell Code 18650, Li-ion chemistry, a 13S4P configuration, 48V, 25AH, a charge voltage limit of 54.6V and a continuous discharge current of 20A.
Does the page agree with itself on energy?
No. The Rate row says 672WH, but the store's own formula turns 48V and 25AH into 1200Wh, and the page's web address names 16Ah and 21Ah.
How are Eunorau accessories and batteries shipped?
By FedEx or UPS, an estimated 5 to 9 days after 1 to 3 business days of processing; free over $100, otherwise $14.99. If local stock is out, the item ships from an overseas warehouse in an estimated 10 to 15 business days, possibly without tracking until it clears customs.
What is the return window?
The return page gives 7 calendar days from receipt to apply. The item must be new, unused and complete in its original packaging, and the buyer pays the return shipping to Eunorau's warehouse; the refund is full only when the fault is Eunorau's. Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty page lists 24 months on the battery for manufacturing defects only. Broken seals, an incompatible or misused charger, use in other equipment and shipping damage are excluded.

What we couldn’t verify
- The title and table say 48V and 25AH, which the store's FAQ method of multiplying volts by amp hours would turn into 1200Wh, yet the Rate row says 672WH; the page's web address also names 16Ah and 21Ah, so the page disagrees with itself.
- The compatibility list ends with Others and gives no fit details for the other brands, and no weight is given.
- The return page says the buyer pays return shipping, while the terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee.
- The shipping page gives 10 to 15 business days for items shipped from overseas, while the FAQ gives 15 to 20 days for batteries sent from China.
