Our verdict
A fit for owners of one of the many listed Eunorau bikes who want a 15Ah second pack, provided they accept the rear shock lockout on the marked models. A different pack makes sense if you ride a FLASH or trike model, which the page does not list, or need a confirmed charger inclusion. The main caveat is the lockout note and the lack of mounting detail beyond model names.
- Best for
- Owners of a listed Eunorau model who want a 48V 15Ah second pack with size, weight and port details.
- Skip if
- Your bike is not on the compatibility list, or you cannot lock out the rear shock on a marked model.
Why 3.6/5: On the plus side, the store's published battery terms; on the minus side, the company's BBB profile showing an F grade, no accreditation and two unanswered complaints.
Priced at $499 as a single option, the Universal 48V 15Ah Secondary Battery is listed for a long run of Eunorau bikes, from the G30-CARGO and MAX-CARGO to the SPECTER-S, DEFENDER-S, FAT-HS and FAT-AWD models. The page says it uses SAMSUNG cells, gives a size of 170 x 140 x 440mm and a weight of 4.5kg, and lists RA4, Bullet and XT60-F connection ports.

Options and pricing
There is one variant, Default Title, at $499, in stock when read, with no crossed-out price and no color choice beyond the black listed in the table. The compatibility list carries a note on three entries: SPECTER-S, DEFENDER-S 17 inch and FAT-HS 17 inch are marked to lock out the rear shock to use the battery. The page does not say whether a charger is included, although the table lists a 2A charger.
How it compares
The Eunorau MAX / G20 / G30 Cargo Bike Battery is $459 and is listed for the Max-cargo, G20-cargo and G30-Cargo bikes, three of the models this page also names. The Eunorau SPECTER E-Bike Replacement Battery starts from $499 for the SPECTER-S and SPECTER-ST. This 15Ah pack costs $499 and lists more models in one place, while the Eunorau 52V 16Ah Main Battery for FLASH E-Bikes is $599 and a different voltage.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the shipping page says accessories and batteries go by FedEx or UPS in an estimated 5 to 9 days after 1 to 3 business days of processing; orders over $100 ship free and smaller orders pay $14.99, with a possible remote-area charge. If the local warehouse is out of stock, the item ships from an overseas warehouse in an estimated 10 to 15 business days, and there may be no carrier tracking until it reaches the destination country and clears customs. The FAQ gives 15 to 20 days for batteries sent from China. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the warranty page lists 24 months for the battery, covering manufacturing defects only; it is void if the battery's seals are broken, if the wrong or a misused charger was used, or if the battery was used in equipment other than the bike it is specified for. It is for the original purchaser, excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video) and does not cover labor. Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.
Before you buy
The page shows 2 customer reviews with 100% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016.
What we liked
- A long compatibility list of Eunorau e-bikes, with the rear shock notes spelled out
- Size (170 x 140 x 440mm) and weight (4.5kg) are given in both metric and imperial units
- Three connection ports are named: RA4, Bullet and XT60-F
- Discharge ratings are stated: 25A-30A continuous and 45-60A peak, with motor sizes from 250w to 1000w listed
- Standard 2A and fast 3A charge rates are given, with a 2A charger listed
Worth noting
- Three listed bikes need the rear shock locked out to use the battery, per the page
- The page names SAMSUNG cells but no cell code or model
- The Type row says Down tube battery type, and the page does not say how the pack mounts on each listed bike
- The table lists a 2A charger without saying whether it is included
- The Capacity range row says only that this type of battery can be customized, with no detail
