A 48V 5Ah down tube secondary battery with RA4 (Male) and Type-C ports, listed at $219. The page lists it for charging phones, power banks and ebikes rated 500W and below, so it suits owners of those bikes who want a small secondary pack.

Our verdict
Reasonable for an owner of an ebike rated 500W or below who wants a small secondary pack that the page also lists for topping up a phone or power bank. Look elsewhere for a large second battery or for a bike with a bigger motor, since the page lists neither. The main caveat is that the page gives no weight, size, cell brand or discharge current.
- Best for
- Riders of ebikes rated 500W and below who want a small secondary pack that the page lists for charging phones and power banks.
- Skip if
- You want a large-capacity pack, ride a bike rated above 500W, or need weight and cell details on the page.
Why 3.6/5: Credit goes to the store's published terms for its batteries; the company's BBB profile, with an F grade, no accreditation and two unanswered complaints, is what keeps the rating from rising.
With a Type-C port beside its RA4 (Male) connection, the Eunorau 48V 5Ah Secondary Battery is a down tube pack listed at $219. The page says it can charge mobile phones, power banks and ebikes rated 500W and below, and gives a nominal 48V, a rated 5Ah, a 2A standard charge and a 3A fast charge.

Options and pricing
At $219 the page offers a single Default Title variant, in stock when read, and shows no crossed-out price. The only color named is black. The table gives a 2A standard charge and a 3A fast charge but says nothing on a charger being part of the price.
How it compares
Priced at $219 for 5Ah, this pack costs less than the Eunorau FAT-HD Battery 15.6Ah at $399 and the Eunorau MAX / G20 / G30 Cargo Bike Battery at $459. The cargo battery's listing names the Max-cargo, G20-cargo and G30-Cargo bikes and original SAMSUNG 35E cells, whereas this page names no bike models, only a class of ebikes rated 500W and below.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the shipping page says accessories and batteries go by FedEx or UPS in an estimated 5 to 9 days after 1 to 3 business days of processing; orders over $100 ship free and smaller orders pay $14.99, with a possible remote-area charge. If the local warehouse is out of stock, the item ships from an overseas warehouse in an estimated 10 to 15 business days, and there may be no carrier tracking until it reaches the destination country and clears customs. The FAQ gives 15 to 20 days for batteries sent from China. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the warranty page lists 24 months for the battery, covering manufacturing defects only; it is void if the battery's seals are broken, if the wrong or a misused charger was used, or if the battery was used in equipment other than the bike it is specified for. It is for the original purchaser, excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video) and does not cover labor. Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.
Before you buy
The page shows no customer reviews. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016.
What we liked
- Type-C and RA4 (Male) ports are both listed, with phones and power banks named as uses
- Priced at $219, below the $399 to $499 starting prices of the other batteries listed beside it
- Charge rates are stated: 2A standard and 3A fast
- Under BMS and Balance it names four protections plus balance: short-circuit, over-charge, over-discharge and over-current
Worth noting
- At 5Ah it holds much less than the 15.6Ah FAT-HD pack in the same store
- Only ebikes rated 500W and below are listed as supported
- No weight, dimensions, cell brand or discharge current are given
- Charge rates of 2A and 3A are listed, but the page is silent on a charger
