Our verdict
Suits riders who want a step-through fat-tire commuter with a detailed component table and a retro look, as the page presents it. Look elsewhere if you need a clear second-battery choice, a gear range or a measured range figure. The main caveat is that the page names a 21Ah second battery in the header strip and accessory list but a 17Ah one in the specification table.
- Best for
- Riders who want a step-through fat-tire commuter with a retro finish and a detailed parts list.
- Skip if
- You need a gear range for hills or a second-battery capacity the page states consistently.
Why 3.7/5: Lifted by a very detailed specification table covering controller, BMS, sensor, fork travel and drivetrain. Held back by the company's F grade on its BBB profile.
Retro-modern styling is how the page presents the FLASH LITE ST 1.0: brown sidewalls, grips and saddle on a step-through frame, listed at $1,899. Under the finish are a 52V 750W rear motor with 92 N.m torque, a 52V 16Ah battery with LG cells, a 60mm suspension fork and CST 20 x 4.0-inch fat tires, with a single-speed 36T chainring and 18T freewheel. The header strip lists Class 1/2/3/3C/4 with a default of 2, and a range of up to 100 Miles with a second battery.

Options and pricing
The page opens on the Step Thru frame in Ivory at $1,899, and also lists a Step Over frame, the colors Moon Black, Lunar Dust and Midnight Black and a motor-position selector with Rear hub, Dual hub (AWD) and Mid-drive; both variants showed as in stock when the page was read. Accessories shown for it are a fender at $59.00, a lampshade at $29.00, a fender and lampshade kit at $79.00, a rear rack at $59.00 and a mid-position storage basket at $119.00. The only battery shown is a 52V21Ah Secondary Battery at $699.00.
How it compares
Where the Eunorau FLASH LITE 2.0 E-Bike lists Class 2 and a three-battery range line of up to 65 / 135 / 220 mi at the same $1,899, this ST page gives Class 1/2/3/3C/4 with a default of 2 and a single dual-battery figure of up to 100 Miles. Moving up the range costs more: the Eunorau FLASH AWD 1.0 Dual-Motor E-Bike is $2,099 for AWD 1500W and the Eunorau FLASH 2.0 Mid-Drive E-Bike is $2,499 for mid-drive 1000W.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from warehouses in Las Vegas, with 1 to 3 business days of processing and an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit; Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 shipping option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days), and carriers can add a charge for remote areas. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the 24-Month+ Limited Warranty on bikes bought in the US or Canada from 1 August 2023 covers manufacturing defects only: the frame for 10 years and the battery, motor and electrical components for 24 months, without labor or normal wear (brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, cables, tires, chains, chainrings, cassettes). It is for the original purchaser, needs product registration right after purchase and an inspection by an authorized specialist or dealer after the first year, is cut by 50% for commercial use, does not cover free gifts or pre-installed racks and fenders, and excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video). Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.
Before you buy
The page shows 243 customer reviews with 82% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016. The page shows a live 'people are viewing this right now' counter, which we could not verify. The store's FAQ defines Class 1, 2 and 3 e-bikes by assist or throttle and a 20 or 28 mph limit and says laws vary by state and country, so check local rules; many bike pages list a speed limit as 'Unlockable'.
What we liked
- Step-through frame with a 445mm/17.5in stand-over height listed on the geometry table
- LG-cell battery, a 50A BMS with discharge fuse and a dual-input battery switcher, per the table
- Four-piston brakes with 180mm front and rear rotors, whose levers the page says cut motor power when braking
- 60mm suspension fork with compression adjustment and lockout
- Long component list: KMC chain, sealed bottom bracket, adjustable side kickstand and a tool kit
Worth noting
- The header strip names a 2nd 21Ah battery, but the table lists a 52V 17Ah Secondary Battery as the option
- The up to 100 Miles figure needs the optional second battery and, per the page, ideal conditions; no single-battery range is given
- Single-speed drivetrain only, which the page describes as suited to relaxed urban rides
- The table lists a front fork only; no rear suspension is mentioned
Questions before you buy
Is the optional second battery 21Ah or 17Ah?
The page gives both. The header strip names a 2nd 21Ah battery as optional and the accessory list shows a 52V21Ah Secondary Battery at $699.00, while the specification table lists a 52V 17Ah Secondary Battery as the optional battery. The page does not say which is meant.
What do the frame and fork offer?
The table lists a 6061 aluminum alloy step-through frame and a suspension fork with 60mm of travel. The geometry table gives a seat height of 800mm/31.5in and a stand-over height of 445mm/17.5in, and the recommended rider height is 4'8"-6'4".
What does the Bluetooth display show?
The BC182 Bluetooth LCD display shows speed, battery level, pedal-assist setting and essential ride information, per the page, and supports the EUNORAU GO app.
How is a Eunorau e-bike shipped and how long does it take?
The shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from Las Vegas warehouses after 1 to 3 business days of processing, with an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit. Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days).
What is the return window?
The return page gives 7 calendar days from receipt to apply. The item must be new, unused and complete in its original packaging, and the buyer pays the return shipping to Eunorau's warehouse; the refund is full only when the fault is Eunorau's. Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty page lists 10 years on the frame and 24 months on the battery, motor and electrical components for bikes bought in the US or Canada after 1 August 2023. It covers manufacturing defects only, needs registration, and excludes wear items, labor and shipping damage.
Does Eunorau offer financing?
Every product page says 'Pay in interest-free installments' under Flexible Payment but names no provider, terms or limits, and we found no payment page, so ask the store before relying on it.

What we couldn’t verify
- The header strip says the optional second battery is 21Ah, the table says 52V 17Ah, and the accessory list shows a 52V21Ah pack; the page does not reconcile them.
- The up to 100 Miles range is given 'under ideal conditions' with no test details, and the page lists Class 1/2/3/3C/4 without saying how a class is chosen.
- The geometry table lists handlebar height as 108mm/42.5in, two figures that do not agree with each other.
- The page's header strip says 'UL CERTIFIED: Yes' without naming a standard, test lab or certificate number; we found none.
- The return page says the buyer pays return shipping, while the terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee.
