Our verdict

Suits riders who want a dual-motor all-wheel-drive fat-tire e-bike with the option of extra batteries. Look elsewhere if you need the Class 3 label and the 20 MPH maximum speed explained, or a measured range. The main caveat is that the page lists Class 3 beside a 20 MPH maximum speed without explaining how the two fit, and gives the weight only as an 82-92 lbs range.

Why 3.7/5: Lifted by a clear specification table with dual-motor torque, display, charger and payload. Held back by the company's F grade on its BBB profile.

Dual 52V750W hub motors power the FLASH AWD 1.0, which the page describes as a versatile dual-motor e-bike for solo rides and two-person cruising, listed at $2,099. Its header strip gives the motor as AWD 1500W, the class as Class 3, speed limited and unlockable, and a range of up to 65 miles on one battery, 135 on two and 220 on three. The page adds a 52V16Ah battery, CST 20 x 4.0-inch tires, an 80mm EXSHO STRONG-DH fork and a BC281 LCD display with a push mode for pushing the bike uphill.

How it compares

At $2,099 the AWD sits between the Eunorau FLASH LITE 2.0 E-Bike, which lists a rear-drive 750W motor and Class 2 at $1,899, and the Eunorau FLASH 2.0 Mid-Drive E-Bike, which lists mid-drive 1000W and Class 3 at $2,499. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping: the shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from warehouses in Las Vegas, with 1 to 3 business days of processing and an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit; Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 shipping option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days), and carriers can add a charge for remote areas. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the 24-Month+ Limited Warranty on bikes bought in the US or Canada from 1 August 2023 covers manufacturing defects only: the frame for 10 years and the battery, motor and electrical components for 24 months, without labor or normal wear (brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, cables, tires, chains, chainrings, cassettes). It is for the original purchaser, needs product registration right after purchase and an inspection by an authorized specialist or dealer after the first year, is cut by 50% for commercial use, does not cover free gifts or pre-installed racks and fenders, and excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video). Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.

Before you buy

The page shows 187 customer reviews with 81% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016. The store's FAQ defines Class 1, 2 and 3 e-bikes by assist or throttle and a 20 or 28 mph limit and says laws vary by state and country, so check local rules; many bike pages list a speed limit as 'Unlockable'.

What we liked

  • Dual hub motors listed as Dual 52V750W with dual 92N.m torque, plus a header figure of AWD 1500W
  • BC281 LCD display with a push mode, which the page says is for pushing the bike uphill
  • 0 to 5 level pedal assist and a US standard 4.0 A smart charger on the specification table
  • The page pitches it for two-person cruising and added passenger weight, with 440 lbs of payload capacity
  • Hydraulic disc brakes with Eunorau 180mm front and rear rotors and a motor cutoff brake lever

Worth noting

  • No weight is given for the dual-motor bike itself, only the 82-92 lbs range
  • The table lists no rear suspension (AWD: None) and a single-speed drivetrain
  • The 220 mile figure needs all three batteries, and the page itself words it as 'said to achieve'
  • The page does not say whether the AWD 1500W header figure is continuous or peak power

Questions before you buy

How many motors does the FLASH AWD 1.0 have?

The specification table lists a Dual 52V750W Hub Motor with dual 92N.m Torque, and the header strip gives the motor as AWD 1500W. The page's motor-position selector marks this entry as Dual hub (AWD).

What range does the page claim?

The specification table gives up to 65 Miles on one battery, 135 Miles on two and 220 Miles on three, and the page text says the 220 Miles is said to be reached on pedal assist 1 with all three batteries. These are store figures with no other test conditions.

What does the display offer?

The page describes a BC281 LCD display with a dark background and bright numerics that it says is easy to read in direct sunlight. It shows battery life, speed and distance and has a push mode, and the page adds EUNORAU GO app connectivity.

How is a Eunorau e-bike shipped and how long does it take?

The shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from Las Vegas warehouses after 1 to 3 business days of processing, with an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit. Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days).

What is the return window?

The return page gives 7 calendar days from receipt to apply. The item must be new, unused and complete in its original packaging, and the buyer pays the return shipping to Eunorau's warehouse; the refund is full only when the fault is Eunorau's. Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty page lists 10 years on the frame and 24 months on the battery, motor and electrical components for bikes bought in the US or Canada after 1 August 2023. It covers manufacturing defects only, needs registration, and excludes wear items, labor and shipping damage.

Does Eunorau offer financing?

Every product page says 'Pay in interest-free installments' under Flexible Payment but names no provider, terms or limits, and we found no payment page, so ask the store before relying on it.

What we couldn’t verify

  • The page lists Class 3, speed limited and unlockable, in the header strip but only 20 MPH as the maximum speed in the table, and does not say how the two fit or what unlocking changes.
  • The 65, 135 and 220 mile figures come with no further test conditions, and the page says the 220 miles is only 'said to' be reached on pedal assist 1.
  • The geometry table lists handlebar height as 108mm/42.5in, two figures that do not agree with each other.
  • The page's header strip says 'UL CERTIFIED: Yes' without naming a standard, test lab or certificate number; we found none.
  • The return page says the buyer pays return shipping, while the terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee.
