Our verdict
Worth a look for riders who want a folding three-wheel trike with a 500W rear-drive motor, a 440 lbs payload and hydraulic disc brakes at $1,799. Look elsewhere if you want gears, a stated top speed or a charging time. The main caveat is that every performance figure is the store's own and the page describes baskets its table does not list.
- Best for
- Riders who want a folding three-wheel trike with a 500W rear-drive motor and a listed 440 lbs payload.
- Skip if
- You want a multi-speed drivetrain, a stated top speed or a charging time before you buy.
Why 3.7/5: A specification table with motor, battery, weight, brakes and tires helps, as do independent write-ups of this model line that were not read in detail; the company's BBB profile, with an F grade, no accreditation and two unanswered complaints, holds it back.
Eunorau lists the ONE-TRIKE 2.0, a folding three-wheel electric trike, at $1,799 with a 500W rear-drive motor rated at 80 N.m of torque, a 48V14.5Ah battery and 20" x 2.6" tires. The page labels it Class 2, speed limited and unlockable, and gives a range of up to 50 Miles, a single-speed drivetrain, hydraulic disc brakes and a 440 lbs payload. Its specification table lists the weight as 85.98 lbs and the recommended rider heights as 5'2" to 6'1".

Options and pricing
Three colors are shown, Deep Crimson, Dark Charcoal and Cloud white, each at $1,799 and all in stock when read; the page shows no crossed-out price. The specification table says tools are included, and the feature text mentions front and rear baskets that the table does not list. The accessory strip offers the Genesis adult bike helmet at $39.99 and a NEW-TRIKE/ONE-TRIKE battery, 48V15AH, at $499.00.
How it compares
The Eunorau NEW-TRIKE 2.0 Electric Trike costs $1,999 and lists a 500W front-drive motor, a 48V20Ah battery, 20" x 3.0" tires and a range of 60-100 Miles, against this trike's rear-drive 500W motor, 48V14.5Ah battery, 20" x 2.6" tires and up to 50 Miles at $1,799. At $2,999 the Eunorau T1 Recumbent Electric Trike is priced above both and lists a 52V 750W motor and a 52V 16Ah battery. The Eunorau NEW-TRIKE / ONE-TRIKE Battery starts at $499.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from warehouses in Las Vegas, with 1 to 3 business days of processing and an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit; Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 shipping option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days), and carriers can add a charge for remote areas. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the 24-Month+ Limited Warranty on bikes bought in the US or Canada from 1 August 2023 covers manufacturing defects only: the frame for 10 years and the battery, motor and electrical components for 24 months, without labor or normal wear (brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, cables, tires, chains, chainrings, cassettes). It is for the original purchaser, needs product registration right after purchase and an inspection by an authorized specialist or dealer after the first year, is cut by 50% for commercial use, does not cover free gifts or pre-installed racks and fenders, and excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video). Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.
Before you buy
The page shows 194 customer reviews with 82% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016. The page shows a live 'people are viewing this right now' counter, which we could not verify. The store's FAQ defines Class 1, 2 and 3 e-bikes by assist or throttle and a 20 or 28 mph limit and says laws vary by state and country, so check local rules; many bike pages list a speed limit as 'Unlockable'.
What we liked
- Frame and stem fold (the stem has a 31.8mm clamp diameter), and the page lists an 85.98 lbs weight
- 500W rear-drive motor with a stated 80 N.m torque, 0 to 5 level pedal assist and an LCD display
- Hydraulic disc levers with a motor cutoff switch and 180 mm disc brakes
- A 40 mm travel suspension fork and a comfort saddle with an adjustable backrest are listed
- 440 lbs payload and recommended rider heights of 5'2" to 6'1" are stated
Worth noting
- Single-speed drivetrain with an 18T freewheel and no gear range
- No maximum speed, charging time or battery cell brand appears in the specification table
- Front and rear baskets are described in the copy but not in the table, so what the price includes is unclear
- The page does not say whether the 48V15AH battery on its accessory strip is a second pack or a replacement
Questions before you buy
What battery does the ONE-TRIKE 2.0 use?
The table lists a 48V / 14.5Ah battery with a 48V / 20A controller and a US Standard 2.0A smart charger; it gives no charging time or cell brand. The accessory strip shows a separate NEW-TRIKE/ONE-TRIKE battery, 48V15AH, at $499.00 without saying how it is used.
Does the ONE-TRIKE 2.0 fold?
The page says the foldable frame lets you store it in compact spaces or carry it in a car's trunk, and the table lists a folding adjustable stem with a 31.8mm clamp diameter. It gives no folded dimensions; the box is listed at 103 L x 65 W x 74 H (cm).
What does the ONE-TRIKE 2.0's LCD show?
The page says the LCD display shows battery usage, mileage, speed, lights, pedal assist level and turning; the table names it an LCD display with a UART protocol and lists 0 to 5 level pedal assist.
How is a Eunorau e-bike shipped and how long does it take?
The shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from Las Vegas warehouses after 1 to 3 business days of processing, with an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit. Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days).
What is the return window?
The return page gives 7 calendar days from receipt to apply. The item must be new, unused and complete in its original packaging, and the buyer pays the return shipping to Eunorau's warehouse; the refund is full only when the fault is Eunorau's. Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty page lists 10 years on the frame and 24 months on the battery, motor and electrical components for bikes bought in the US or Canada after 1 August 2023. It covers manufacturing defects only, needs registration, and excludes wear items, labor and shipping damage.
Does Eunorau offer financing?
Every product page says 'Pay in interest-free installments' under Flexible Payment but names no provider, terms or limits, and we found no payment page, so ask the store before relying on it.

What we couldn’t verify
- The page lists Class 2 with a speed limit marked Unlockable but gives no maximum speed or unlock method, and the range of up to 50 Miles has no stated test conditions.
- The copy says the rear rack suits carrying a child or pet and that the differential reduces slipping in turns; it gives no separate rack rating and no test for either claim.
- The page's header strip says 'UL CERTIFIED: Yes' without naming a standard, test lab or certificate number; we found none.
- The return page says the buyer pays return shipping, while the terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee.
