FiiO K11 R2R Desktop DAC/Amp Review
A desktop DAC and headphone amp with a 24-bit R2R resistor array, 6.35mm and 4.4mm outputs and a listed 1300mW per channel, at $169.99. It suits desk setups that want NOS and OS modes; the Red color was sold out when the page was read.

Our verdict
Meant for desk listeners who want an R2R-based DAC and amplifier with both 6.35mm and 4.4mm outputs and NOS or OS modes at $169.99. Look elsewhere if you need a stated input list, noise or distortion figures, or output power with a load. Keep in mind that the page gives no noise, distortion or load figures to go with the 1300mW output, and every number is the store's own.
- Best for
- Desk listeners who want an R2R DAC and amp with 6.35mm and 4.4mm outputs.
- Skip if

Why 3.4/5: Held back by a page with no specification list as text and by the store's own terms contradicting each other, and because no independent test of this model was checked for this review.
The page describes the K11 R2R as a desktop DAC and headphone amplifier built around a self-developed 24-bit R2R resistor array, and it is listed at $169.99 in three colors. The page claims PCM up to 32-bit/384kHz and DSD256, a NOS/OS mode switch, 6.35mm and 4.4mm outputs and 1300mW per channel. It gives no input list and no noise or distortion figures.

Options and pricing
Three colors are listed at $169.99 each: K11 R2R-Black and K11 R2R-Silver were orderable when the listing was read, while K11 R2R-Red was marked sold out. Both headphone ports, 6.35mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced, belong to the one model description, and the listing shows no other option choices. Package contents are not given on the page.
How it compares
The SMSL DS300 High-Performance MQA DAC & Headphone Amplifier at $188 is also a desktop DAC and amp, named for MQA, while the K11 R2R at $169.99 is built on an R2R array. The E1DA 9038D6K USB Headphone Amp 3.5mm Jack Unbalanced Output DAC+HPA at $135 is a USB unit with one 3.5mm unbalanced output; the K11 R2R lists both 6.35mm and 4.4mm outputs. The xDuoo MT-02 Dual 6J1 Tube Headphone Amplifier at $149 is named as an amplifier only, so the K11 R2R is the one that includes a DAC.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
FiiO's own notice "A letter to FiiO fans" (undated) lists HiFiGo among sellers it has not authorized and recommends buying FiiO products from local agents. FiiO says it still services genuine products bought from such sellers if the buyer emails [email protected], but the buyer pays the freight and duties if a unit must go back to China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- A fully differential 24-bit R2R resistor array of 192 resistors with 0.1% accuracy, per the page
- NOS and OS modes that can be switched freely, per the page
- Both 6.35mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced headphone outputs
- Three gain levels and an NJW1195A electronic volume chip
- Supports PCM up to 32-bit/384kHz and DSD256, per the page
Worth noting
- No input connectors are listed on the page
- The 1300mW per channel output figure has no load impedance
- No SNR, THD+N, output impedance or gain values are given
- The Red option was sold out when the page was read
- The feature list says native DSD256, while the text says DSD is converted to PCM internally for the R2R stage
Questions before you buy
What R2R design does the K11 R2R use?
The page says a self-developed fully differential 24-bit R2R resistor array, with 48 resistors per channel, 192 in total, at 0.1% accuracy.
What are NOS and OS modes?
Per the page, NOS (non-oversampling) keeps the original sampling rate while OS (oversampling) oversamples signals to 384kHz, and the two can be switched freely. It says NOS gives a more musical presentation and OS more detail; those are the page's words.
Which outputs and formats does it list?
A 6.35mm single-ended and a 4.4mm balanced headphone output, with PCM up to 32-bit/384kHz and DSD256. The page says DSD256 needs the DSD output mode set to native and is converted to PCM internally.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- The 1300mW per channel output is given with no load impedance, and no SNR, THD+N or output impedance figure appears.
- The feature list says native DSD256 processing while the text says DSD is converted internally to PCM for the R2R stage.
- Claims of a smooth, rich, organic sound, and that NOS is more musical while OS gives more detail, are the page's words, not measurements.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
- FiiO's undated seller notice lists HiFiGo as an unauthorized seller; FiiO says it still services genuine units, with freight and duties paid by the buyer.
