FiiO K15 Streaming DAC/Headphone Amp Review
A desktop DAC, network streamer and headphone amplifier with dual AK4497S DAC chips, Roon Ready and AirPlay support, Bluetooth and a 3.93-inch touch screen, listed at $569. The page lists 3000mW+3000mW output but gives no load; it suits a desk that wants one box for all three jobs.

Our verdict
A fit for a desk that wants a DAC, network streaming with Roon Ready and AirPlay, and a headphone amplifier in one box at $569, with a remote included per the page. Look elsewhere if you need the headphone socket types, sample rates or an output figure with a load before buying. The main caveat is a DAC chip named two ways and no specification list; every figure is the store's own.
- Best for
- Desk listeners who want a DAC, a network streamer and a headphone amp in one unit.
- Skip if
- You need the headphone sockets, sample rates or a stated output load before buying.
Why 3.4/5: Held back by a page with no specification list as text and by the store's own terms contradicting each other, and because no independent test of this model was checked for this review.
Priced at $569, the FiiO K15 combines a desktop DAC, a network streamer and a headphone amplifier in one unit, in black. The title and feature list name two AK4497S DAC chips, and the page lists a discrete Class-AB amp circuit, 3000mW+3000mW output, five-level gain, Bluetooth with LDAC, AAC and SBC, 2.4G/5G WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, Roon Ready and AirPlay support. An infrared remote control is listed as included.

Options and pricing
One option is listed, K15-Black, at $569 and orderable when the page was read. There is no other color, plug or accessory option. The feature list says an infrared remote control is included, but the page gives no other box contents and names no cable, so a USB or network cable is not confirmed by the listing.
How it compares
The Moondrop x SMSL DHA15 Dual CS43198 All-in-One Desktop DAC & AMP is $649.99 against $569 here, and its spec line names a dedicated Class A headphone amplifier where the K15 page lists Class-AB. The TOPPING A70Pro Amplifier Fully Balanced R2R Volume Control Module Headphone Amp costs $499 and is named as a headphone amp, not as a DAC or streamer. The K15 suits a buyer who also wants network streaming and a remote in one box; the A70Pro suits someone who already has a DAC.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
FiiO's own notice "A letter to FiiO fans" (undated) lists HiFiGo among sellers it has not authorized and recommends buying FiiO products from local agents. FiiO says it still services genuine products bought from such sellers if the buyer emails [email protected], but the buyer pays the freight and duties if a unit must go back to China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

- Roon Ready, AirPlay, WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet and USB-storage playback are listed
- Bluetooth input with LDAC, AAC and SBC listed
- Five-level adjustable gain and a 10-band PEQ

- The DAC chip is AK4497S in the title and features but AK4479SVQ in one paragraph
- No specification list, dimensions or weight, and the Bluetooth version is not given
Questions before you buy
Which DAC chips does the FiiO K15 use?
The title and feature list name dual AK4497S, while one paragraph says the K15 uses a dual DAC chipset with AKM's AK4479SVQ chips. The page calls them 32-bit chips and describes a fully balanced signal path.
What can it stream, and how does it connect?
The page lists Roon Ready and Apple AirPlay 2 support, 2.4G/5G dual-band WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth with LDAC, AAC and SBC, and local playback from external USB storage.
How much power does the page list?
3000mW+3000mW, described in the text as up to 3,000mW or 3W per channel. No load is given, and the amp is described as a discrete Class-AB circuit with a five-level gain setting.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- The title and features name AK4497S, while the 'All-New AKM Dual-DAC Chipset' paragraph names AK4479SVQ chips.
- The 3000mW per channel (3W) output has no load stated, and the page gives no sample rates, headphone sockets, line outputs, distortion or SNR figures.

- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
- FiiO's undated seller notice lists HiFiGo as an unauthorized seller; FiiO says it still services genuine units, with freight and duties paid by the buyer.
