A JUZEAR bundle that, per the page text, pairs a choice of Defiant, Nimbus or Light Shuttle with Render Pro Hybrid Eartips, for buyers who want one of those three. Six options run from $64.98 to $201.98, and the page text does not say what the three named items are.

Our verdict

A fit for buyers who already want a Defiant, Nimbus or Light Shuttle and would like Render Pro Hybrid Eartips in the same order. Look elsewhere if you want tips alone with a stated size range, nozzle range or pack count, since the page text gives none. The fit, seal and sound statements are page copy, and an independent test of this model was not among the sources checked for this review.

Why 3.3/5: Held back by a page with no specification list as text, a short page text whose pictures were not read for this review, the store's own terms contradicting each other, and no independent test of this model having been checked for this review.

The JUZEAR listing bundles Render Pro Hybrid Eartips with a choice of Defiant, Nimbus or Light Shuttle and starts at $64.98. The page text describes Render Pro as having a liquid silicone surface, a memory foam support layer and a graphene-enhanced inner core. It does not describe Defiant, Nimbus or Light Shuttle beyond their names, and it lists no sizes or nozzle range for the tips.

Options and pricing

Six options are listed, all orderable when the page was read, and each name ends with Render Pro Eartips Full: Nimbus 3.5+4.4mm at $64.98 (the page shows a crossed-out price of $69.98 next to it), Nimbus 3.5+TypeC at $69.98, Defiant Rainbow+ and Defiant Green+ at $104.98 each, Light Shuttle 3.5+4.4mm at $194.98 and Light Shuttle 3.5+4.4mm+Type C at $201.98. Each option shows its own crossed-out price. The option names are kept as written because the page text does not explain them.

How it compares

The Pentaconn Coreir Brass Metal Core Eartips For 4.5-5.5mm Nozzle cost $49 against $64.98 for the cheapest JUZEAR option; its name gives a 4.5-5.5mm nozzle range and its spec line reads Small (S) - 2 Pairs per Pack (Black), while the JUZEAR page text lists no nozzle range or pack count. The JUZEAR listing suits a buyer who wants one of Defiant, Nimbus or Light Shuttle together with Render Pro tips; the Pentaconn suits one who wants tips alone.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

Cables and adapters get three months of warranty from the order date, against one year for DACs, amps and IEMs; a note on the same page also excludes cables from returns for hygiene reasons, while the FAQ says a cable can come back in its original condition. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement and the buyer pays the shipping. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • The page text describes the Render Pro eartip structure: a liquid silicone surface, a memory foam support layer and a graphene-enhanced inner core
  • Six options are listed, all orderable when read, and each option name ends with Render Pro Eartips Full
  • The option names state which of Defiant, Nimbus or Light Shuttle comes with the tips

Worth noting

  • The page text does not describe Defiant, Nimbus or Light Shuttle beyond their names, or explain 3.5+4.4mm, 3.5+TypeC, Type C or Full in the option names
  • The page text lists no Render Pro sizes, nozzle range or pack count
  • Prices run from $64.98 to $201.98 by option, so the From price applies only to Nimbus 3.5+4.4mm
  • The fit, seal and sound statements are page copy with no test or comparison in the page text

What we couldn’t verify

  • The page copy claims a more secure fit, improved seal, more consistent sound and a smoother presentation from Render Pro; the page text gives no test, measurement or comparison tip for these claims.
  • The page text does not say what Defiant, Nimbus or Light Shuttle are, what 3.5+4.4mm, 3.5+TypeC or Type C mean in the option names, what Full means, or which Render Pro size is included.
  • The page text says a different Render Pro size can be requested with a note at checkout; that is the store's own statement, and the page text lists no sizes.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • HiFiGO's warranty page excludes cables from returns for hygiene reasons, while its FAQ says a cable can come back in its original condition.
