JUZEAR x Z Reviews Render Pro Eartips Review
The JUZEAR Render Pro, which the page calls a second-generation collaboration with Z Reviews, pairs a liquid silicone outer layer with a memory foam inner filling at $14.99 per 3-pair option. It suits owners of nozzles in the page's stated 4.6mm to 5.5mm range who want a hybrid tip.

Our verdict
A fit for owners of earphones with a nozzle in the page's stated 4.6mm to 5.5mm range who want a silicone-and-foam hybrid tip in a 3-pair option. Look elsewhere if you need tip dimensions, named TWS models or any measurement behind the seal and noise-isolation wording. All of that wording is HiFiGO's page copy, and no outside test of this model was checked for this review.
- Best for
- Owners of earphones with a 4.6mm to 5.5mm nozzle, the range the page lists, who want a silicone and memory foam tip.
- Skip if
- You need stated tip dimensions or a named list of TWS earphones the tips suit.
Why 3.4/5: Held back by a page that gives no specification list as text, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and by a lack of any independent test checked for this review.
JUZEAR's Render Pro eartips, named by the page as a second-generation collaboration with Z Reviews, pair a liquid silicone outer layer with a memory foam inner filling and cost $14.99 per 3-pair option. The page text lists a 4.6mm to 5.5mm nozzle range and a thicker center tube with a graphene-enhanced core, and says the length was shortened from the earlier Render. It gives no dimensions or weight, and its statements on seal, noise isolation and TWS charging-case fit are HiFiGO's page copy.

Options and pricing
Four options are listed at $14.99 each, all orderable when the page was read: Render Pro S (3 Pairs), Render Pro M (3 Pairs), Render Pro L (3 Pairs) and Render Pro Full (3 Pairs). The page text says the tips are available in multi-size packs but does not say what the Full option contains or how the 3 pairs split across sizes.
How it compares
The DUNU S&S Pro Silicone Eartips For 4.6mm-6.5mm Nozzle costs $13.90 and lists a 4.6mm-6.5mm range, against $14.99 and 4.6-5.5mm here. The DIVINUS Velvet Eartips For TWS For 3mm-5mm Nozzle starts at $19.99 and is named for TWS earphones with a 3mm-5mm nozzle, while this page claims the Render Pro suits the vast majority of TWS earphones. The Render Pro suits buyers who want a foam-and-silicone hybrid; the DUNU suits those who want a stated range reaching 6.5mm.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The page text states the construction: a liquid silicone outer layer bonded to a memory foam inner filling
- A 4.6mm to 5.5mm nozzle range appears in both the store title and the page text
- Four options at one price, each named as 3 pairs
- Per the page text, the length was shortened from the earlier Render so the tips can stay on in TWS charging cases
Worth noting
- The page text gives no tip dimensions, no weight and no length figure; 'shortened' is only a relative statement
- The page text does not say what the Full option holds or how the 3 pairs split across sizes
- The page text gives no measurement for its seal, noise isolation and comfort statements and names no TWS earphones
Questions before you buy
What are the JUZEAR Render Pro tips made of?
The page text describes a liquid silicone outer layer bonded to a high-density memory foam inner filling, with a thicker center tube that has a graphene-enhanced core. It calls the outer layer skin-friendly; no certificate is shown in the page text.
What nozzle size does the page list?
4.6mm to 5.5mm, in both the store title and the page text, which says the tips grip standard IEM nozzles in that range. It names no earphone models.
What does each option contain?
Each of Render Pro S, M, L and Full is named 3 Pairs and costs $14.99. The page text does not say what the Full option holds.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
Is there a warranty on accessories like this?
No. HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and its return page excludes ear tips and holsters for hygiene reasons.

What we couldn’t verify
- The page text claims an airtight seal, a large drop in outside noise, comfort over extended sessions and fit inside most TWS charging cases; the page text gives no measurement or named TWS model for them.
- The page text gives no tip dimensions, weight or length figure (only 'slightly shortened' against the earlier Render) and does not say what the Full option contains.
- No independent test of this model was checked for this review, so the 4.6mm to 5.5mm range is the store's own statement.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
- HiFiGO's return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, and its warranty excludes cases, ear tips and other accessories.
