Our verdict

A fit for buyers who want silicone tips with a brass metal core for a nozzle in the 4.5mm to 5.5mm range the page lists, sold in packs of 2 pairs. Look elsewhere if you need the MS or M size, which are not among the options, or if the page's nickel plating caution for sensitive skin or allergies applies to you. Sound and protection statements are page copy, and no independent test of this model was checked for this review.

Why 3.5/5: Held back by the store's own terms contradicting each other and by no independent test of this model having been checked for this review, so every spec figure here is the store's own.

The specification section gives silicone as the material, a metal core of brass with nickel plating, outer dimensions of S: 11mm, MS: 12mm, M: 13mm and L: 14mm, and a fit for nozzle sizes 4.5mm to 5.5mm for IEM earphones. Of the two options listed, the Black-S pack was sold out when the page was read and the Red-L pack was orderable.

Options and pricing

Two options are listed at $49 each: Coreir Black-S(2 Pairs), sold out when the page was read, and Coreir Red-L(2 Pairs), orderable. The page text ties each size to a color (Black for S, Red for L) and says every pack holds 2 pairs. It also describes Medium Small (MS) in Blue and Medium (M) in Yellow, but neither of those two sizes appears among the options.

How it compares

The JUZEAR IEM Upgrade Bundle with Render Pro Eartips starts at $64.98 against $49 here; its name calls it an IEM upgrade bundle with Render Pro eartips, where this listing's name is eartips for a 4.5-5.5mm nozzle. The Effect Audio Solo Carrying Case costs $39; its name marks it as a carrying case and its spec line says ear tips, pins and tools are not included. The Pentaconn listing suits a buyer who wants 2-pair packs of tips with a brass metal core for a 4.5-5.5mm nozzle; the other two serve different needs.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • The specification section gives the material (silicone), the metal core (brass with nickel plating) and outer dimensions for four sizes (11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm)
  • The page lists a nozzle range, 4.5mm to 5.5mm, in both the title and the specification section
  • Each pack holds 2 pairs, and the page ties each size to a cushion color: Black for S, Blue for MS, Yellow for M and Red for L
  • The page text includes a handling note and a cleaning note (wipe off dirt with a dry, clean cloth)

Worth noting

  • Only two of the four sizes the page describes are offered as options, and the Coreir Black-S(2 Pairs) option was sold out when the page was read
  • The page notes that excessive force on the metal parts may detach them from the silicone
  • The page notes the metal core is brass with nickel plating and asks buyers with sensitive skin or allergies to refrain from using the product

Questions before you buy

What nozzle sizes do the Pentaconn Coreir eartips list?

The page lists 4.5mm to 5.5mm for IEM earphones, in both the title and the specification section. It names no earphone model, so check your IEM's nozzle size against that range.

What sizes and colors are the Coreir eartips?

The page describes four sizes with outer dimensions of S: 11mm, MS: 12mm, M: 13mm and L: 14mm, each pack holding 2 pairs. Cushion colors are Black for S, Blue for MS, Yellow for M and Red for L, but only the Black-S and Red-L packs are offered as options.

What is the metal core made of, and what does the page warn about?

The specification section lists brass with nickel plating for the metal core and silicone as the material. The page cautions that excessive force may detach the metal parts from the silicone, and asks buyers with sensitive skin or allergies to refrain from using the product.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

Is there a warranty on accessories like this?

No. HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and its return page excludes ear tips and holsters for hygiene reasons.

What we couldn’t verify

  • The page copy says the brass core keeps the shape of the sound conduit and gives consistent audio, and that the cushions stop the nozzle colliding with the metal core; the page text gives no test or measurement for these claims.
  • The page describes four sizes (S, MS, M, L) but lists only Coreir Black-S(2 Pairs) and Coreir Red-L(2 Pairs) as options, and the Black-S option was sold out when the page was read.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • HiFiGO's return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, and its warranty excludes cases, ear tips and other accessories.
