Effect Audio SGLRTY Arc Oval Eartips Review
Effect Audio's SGLRTY Arc Oval are oval-shaped silicone ear tips listed from $18, with 2 pairs per S, M or L option and a 3-pair SML pack at $24. They suit owners of 4-4.5mm nozzles (the store title) who want an oval shape and sizes listed as 11mm, 12mm or 13mm.

Our verdict
A fit for owners of earphones with nozzles in the title's 4-4.5mm range who want an oval tip in S, M or L, or a 3-pair SML pack. Look elsewhere if you need a labelled dimension for each size, a nozzle range beyond 4.5mm or any measurement behind the horn-bore and comfort wording. That wording is HiFiGO's page copy, and this review did not check any independent test of this model.
- Best for
- Owners of earphones with a 4-4.5mm nozzle, the range in the store title, who want an oval-shaped tip in S, M or L.
- Skip if
- You need a nozzle range beyond 4.5mm or a labelled dimension for each size.
Why 3.4/5: Held back by the lack of a specification list as text, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and by figures with no independent test checked for this review.

Options and pricing
Four options are listed, all orderable when the page was read: Arc Oval S (2 Pairs), Arc Oval M (2 Pairs) and Arc Oval L (2 Pairs) at $18 each, and Arc Oval SML (3 Pairs) at $24. The page text says each size box holds two pairs and the SML pack holds three, but it does not say how the three SML pairs are divided among the sizes.
How it compares
The JUZEAR x Z Reviews Render Pro Eartips For 4.6-5.5mm Nozzle is $14.99 and its title range of 4.6-5.5mm starts above this listing's 4-4.5mm. The Final Audio Type E Series Silicone Eartips for 3.5mm-5.5mm nozzle SS / S / M / L is $21.99 with a 3.5mm-5.5mm range in its name, which spans the Arc Oval's 4-4.5mm. The DIVINUS Velvet Wide Bore Silicone Eartips For 4-6mm Nozzle starts at $19.99 against $18 here. The Arc Oval suits owners of nozzles in its stated 4-4.5mm range who want two pairs of one size; the Final Audio and Divinus suit those who want a stated range reaching beyond 4.5mm.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The page text gives three sizes with figures (Small 11mm, Medium 12mm, Large 13mm) and two pairs per size box
- The page text names the construction: a soft comfort dome with a 0.3mm thin edge over a firmer inner core
- An SML pack of 3 pairs is offered at $24
- The page text gives care wording: rinse with water and leave to dry
Worth noting
- The page text gives no nozzle figure of its own; 4-4.5mm appears only in the store title, and no earphones are named
- The 11mm, 12mm and 13mm figures are not labelled, so the page text does not say whether they are outer diameter, height or something else
- The page text gives no measurement for its statements about the horn bore (upper mids and highs, vocal presence) and comfort
- The page text does not say how the 3 pairs in the SML pack split by size
Questions before you buy
What nozzle size is the Arc Oval listed for?
The store title says 4-4.5mm. The page text gives no nozzle figure of its own and names no earphones; it only says an angled entry ramp lets larger or wider earphone nozzles slide in with minimal resistance.
What do the three size figures mean?
The page text lists Small (11mm), Medium (12mm) and Large (13mm) with size markings but does not say what the figures measure.
What does each option include?
S, M and L options are each named 2 Pairs and cost $18; the SML option is named 3 Pairs and costs $24. The page text says each size box holds two pairs and the SML pack three, without saying how the SML pairs split by size.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
Is there a warranty on accessories like this?
No. HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and its return page excludes ear tips and holsters for hygiene reasons.

What we couldn’t verify
- The page text claims the horn-shaped bore raises the upper mids and highs, the oval shape spreads pressure evenly and the PureGUARD surface resists dust and oil; no measurement or test is given for these claims.
- The 11mm, 12mm and 13mm size figures carry no stated dimension, and the page text gives no nozzle range except the 4-4.5mm in the store title.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
- HiFiGO's return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, and its warranty excludes cases, ear tips and other accessories.
