QULOOS LPS-12i Linear Power Supply Review
A linear power supply priced at $279 with a 12V, 3A output and a DC 10~15V input. The page text lists an output ripple of less than 0.01mV and a 650g host weight, so it suits buyers who need a 12V supply with stated electrical figures.

Our verdict
Suits buyers who need a linear supply with a stated 12V, 3A output and a DC 10~15V input and want the size and weight in the text. Look elsewhere if you need plug types, a named source for the input or a measured ripple result. Every spec figure here, including the ripple, is the store's own.

Why 3.4/5: Held back by a text that is short while its claims sit in three unread pictures, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and by figures that come only from the store, with no independent test checked for this review.
The QULOOS LPS-12i is a linear power supply listed at $279, with a DC 10~15V input, a 12V output at 3A and an output ripple that the page prints as less than 0.01mV. The specification section also gives host dimensions of 180x146x41.5mm and a host weight of 650g, and says the unit is built on what it calls the proven DNA of the QP02. Its description is three pictures.

| Host weight | 650g |
| Input voltage | DC 10~15V |
| Output voltage | 12V |

Options and pricing
A single option is listed, named LPS-12i, at $279 and orderable when the page was read. The page text gives no in-the-box list, no input connector type and no output plug size, so what comes with the unit and which devices it can power are not stated.
How it compares
At $279 the LPS-12i costs more than the TOPPING HS02 USB2.0 Audio Isolator at $99, whose spec line reads Withstands up to 1500VDC, and more than the TOPPING PRE90+ Ext90+ RCA cable listing from $249.99. The HS02 is named as a USB audio isolator; the LPS-12i is the one here with a stated 12V, 3A output, so it suits a device that needs that supply rather than an isolation stage.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The page text gives the output as 12V at 3A and the input as DC 10~15V
- Size and weight are stated: host dimensions of 180x146x41.5mm and a host weight of 650g
- An output ripple figure of less than 0.01mV is listed, as the page's own number
- The page says the power is fully isolated and the ground line completely separated
Worth noting
- The page text names no input connector, output plug or device the 12V, 3A output suits, and does not say what supplies the DC input
- The ripple figure comes with no load or bandwidth, and its line ends with the word Regenerative
- Three pictures make up the description and were not read for this review; the figures come from the text only
- The Filtering Sound line claims enhanced transparency, three-dimensional effect and details, and the page text shows no measurement for it
- The output and ripple figures are the store's own; no independent test of the LPS-12i was checked for this review

What we couldn’t verify
- The ripple line reads less than 0.01mV followed by the word Regenerative, with no load, bandwidth or method given.
- The Filtering Sound line claims that transparency, three-dimensional effect and details have been significantly enhanced, and the page says it regenerates power from the original source; the page text shows no measurement or comparison.
- The three description pictures were not read for this review; the page text does not say what supplies the DC 10~15V input or which devices the 12V output suits.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
