Final Audio Type E Silicone Eartips Review
Final Audio Type E are silicone ear tips at $21.99 per 3-pair option, in sizes SS to LL with a height and outer diameter printed for each, for a 3.5mm-5.5mm nozzle range. They suit owners who want dimensions up front; both size M options were sold out when read.
Our verdict
A fit for owners of earphones with a nozzle in the title's 3.5mm-5.5mm range who want printed height and outer diameter for each of five sizes and a choice among Black, Clear/Red and Clear. Look elsewhere if you need size M, whose two listed options were sold out when the page was read, or an SS tip in Clear or Clear/Red. Compatibility, isolation and sound statements are HiFiGO's page copy, and the sources checked for this review did not include an independent test of this model.
- Best for
- Owners of earphones with a 3.5mm-5.5mm nozzle, the range in the store title, who want dimensions printed for each size.
- Skip if
- You need size M, whose two listed options were sold out when the page was read.
Why 3.4/5: Held back by the lack of a specification list as text, the store's own terms that contradict each other and a lack of any independent test of its figures checked for this review.
Final Audio's Type E series ear tips are silicone tips in five sizes, SS to LL, listed at $21.99 per 3-pair option for a 3.5mm-5.5mm nozzle range. The page text gives a height and outer diameter for every size, a 3.5mm nozzle mouth in all sizes and a 3.5mm to 5.5mm tube diameter, and calls the silicone skin-friendly. It also lists many earphone brands as compatible, a claim the page backs with brand names but no models.

Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The page text gives height and outer diameter for all five sizes (SS to LL), with outer diameters from 10.2mm to 13.3mm
- A 3.5mm-5.5mm range is in the store title and appears again as the tube diameter in the page text
- Black, Clear/Red and Clear versions are listed, with 3 Pairs per option at one price
- Seven of the nine size and color options were orderable when the page was read
Worth noting
- Both M options (Clear/Red and Clear) were sold out when the page was read
- Black is listed only in SS and L, and Clear only in S, M and LL, so some size and color pairs are not offered
- The page text describes a pink axis for the SS size in the Clear Red Axis version, yet no SS option in Clear/Red is listed
- The page text gives no measurement for its isolation and sound statements, and its compatibility list names brands but no models

The page text says the Type E series is compatible with thousands of products from multiple brands including 1More, AKG, Beyerdynamic, DUNU, FiiO, Jabra, Shure, Sony and Westone, 'and more'. It names no models, and the page text gives no figure for the claim.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
Is there a warranty on accessories like this?
No. HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and its return page excludes ear tips and holsters for hygiene reasons.

What we couldn’t verify
- The page text claims proper isolation, lighter bass tones, clearer highs and compatibility with thousands of products; it names brands but no models and gives no measurement.
- The page text describes a pink axis for the SS size in the Clear Red Axis version, but the only SS option listed is Black; Black is listed for SS and L only, and Clear for S, M and LL only.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
- HiFiGO's return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, and its warranty excludes cases, ear tips and other accessories.
