Divinus Prism ear tips are described by the page as LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) in a Wide Bore design, listed from $10 for one pair to $40 for 5 pairs. They suit buyers with a 4-6mm nozzle (the store title) who want to choose the size and the pair count.

Our verdict

A fit for owners of earphones with a nozzle in the title's 4-6mm range who want a choice of sizes and pair counts from one listing. Look elsewhere if you need stated tip dimensions, a named list of compatible earphones or sound and material claims backed by a measurement or certificate. The wording on sound, comfort and skin-friendliness is HiFiGO's page copy, and no independent test of this model was checked for this review.

Why 3.4/5: Held back by a page that gives no specification list as text, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and by material and sound claims with no independent test checked for this review.

Divinus Prism is a set of ear tips that the page text describes as made from LSR, short for Liquid Silicone Rubber, in what it calls a Wide Bore design with a deep centre. The store title gives a 4-6mm nozzle range, and the page text lists five sizes: S, MS, M, ML and L. Prices run from $10 for one pair to $40 for the 5 Pairs (Full) option. The page text names no earphone models and gives no tip dimensions.

Options and pricing

Thirteen options are listed, all orderable when the page was read: 1 Pair at $10 in S, MS, M, ML or L; 2 Pairs at $19 in the same five sizes; 3 Pairs at $27 as either S, MS, M or MS, M, L; and 5 Pairs (Full) at $40. A page note says single pairs come in pouch packaging and multi-pair sets in box packaging, and a warning says the packaging may show either the old or the new logo, at random. The page text does not say which sizes the 5 Pairs (Full) option holds.

How it compares

The SHANLING SE100 Silicone Eartips For 4.9-6.5mm Nozzle is $9.90 against $10 here for one pair, with 4.9-6.5mm in its name where this title gives 4-6mm. The FiiO HS19 Silicone Replacement Eartips (12 Pairs) is $12.99 for a 12-pair pack, while the Prism's 5 Pairs (Full) option is $40. The Prism suits buyers who want to choose a size and a pair count; the HS19 suits those who want many pairs in one pack.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • Five sizes are listed (S, MS, M, ML, L), each with its own count of embossed marks on the bottom, per the page text
  • Options run from one pair at $10 to 5 Pairs (Full) at $40, all orderable when the page was read
  • The page text names the material as LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) and says the tips can be washed under running water and reused

Worth noting

  • The page text gives no tip dimensions; the 4-6mm nozzle range appears only in the store title
  • The 5 Pairs (Full) option does not say which sizes it holds, and the 3 Pairs sets are offered only as S, MS, M or MS, M, L
  • The page text gives no measurement for its sound, noise isolation and comfort statements

What material does the page text name?

How can the sizes be told apart?

Per the page text, each size has embossed marks on the bottom: one for S, two for MS, three for M, four for ML and five for L.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

Is there a warranty on accessories like this?

No. HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and its return page excludes ear tips and holsters for hygiene reasons.

What we couldn’t verify

  • The page text calls the LSR material skin-friendly, says it causes no irritation or allergies and ties it to medical-grade supplies, and makes sound claims (soundstage, highs, noise isolation); no certificate or measurement is given.
  • The page text gives no tip dimensions, no named compatible earphones and no per-size contents for the 5 Pairs (Full) option; the 4-6mm range is in the store title only.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • HiFiGO's return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, and its warranty excludes cases, ear tips and other accessories.
