TFZ SPA-Hi End Series 11.4mm IEMs Review
A series of wired IEMs with an 11.4mm dynamic unit, listed from $149.90 in five options that run to two Limited Edition versions at $429.90. The pictured parameter specifications give 23 ohms and 111dB for the SPA Hi End. It suits shoppers who want to compare models within one series.

Our verdict
Pick this series if you want to choose among several models of one wired 11.4mm line, with impedance and sensitivity per model, from $149.90. Look elsewhere if you need to know which pictured entry matches a Limited Edition option, want a pictured in-the-box list, or want figures from someone other than the store. Every spec figure here is the page's own and comes from its pictures, some of which were not read.

Why 3.3/5: The rating is held down by a page with no text specification list, a short page text whose claims sit in pictures rather than text, the store's own terms that contradict each other, and no independent test checked for this review: every figure is the store's own.
The EarAcoustic Audio SPA-Hi End series is a set of wired IEMs built around an 11.4mm dynamic unit, and HiFiGO lists five options from $149.90 to $429.90. The page description is 16 pictures, not text, and those read give a 5-40000Hz frequency response for every model plus impedance and sensitivity for each, such as 23 ohms and 111dB for the SPA Hi End. The pictures carry the words Year of the Snake Limited and 2025, and show the brand name EarAcoustic Audio although the vendor field says TFZ.

Options and pricing
Five options are listed: SPA-Hi End at $149.90, SPA-Hi End Ultra at $189.90, SPA-Hi End Max at $289.90 (sold out when read), SPA-Limited Edition 1 at $429.90 (sold out when read) and SPA-Limited Edition 2 at $429.90. The pictured parameter specifications give figures for Hi End, Hi End Ultra, Hi End MAX and one Limited Edition, so the pictures read do not say how Limited Edition 1 and 2 differ. A packaging picture lists a gift packaging box of 120 x 120 x 120mm, a leather storage bag with metal zipper of 90 x 90 x 50mm and a SPA LUCKY Bracelet as a gift.
How it compares
The EarAcoustic Audio SPA-Pro Series 11.4mm Dynamic Driver IEMs are $149.90 and also name an 11.4mm dynamic driver; a table pictured on this page is titled Difference in Sound between SPA Hi-End and SPA-Pro Series. The JUZEAR POISE Series FLAME 1DD+4BA Hybrid In-Ear Earphone Monitor is $152.10 with a resistance of 48Ω, against 23 ohms for the SPA Hi End and 30 ohms for the MAX. The SPA Hi End suits a buyer who wants to pick among several models of one series; the FLAME suits one who wants a hybrid layout.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The pictured parameter specifications give sensitivity and impedance for four models, from 111dB and 23 ohms for the SPA Hi End to 109dB and 30 ohms for the MAX
- All four models list the same 5-40000Hz frequency response and a 0.78MM dual pin wire of 1.20M
- Shell materials are listed for three models: 3D resin printing, zinc alloy and aviation grade aluminum alloy
- Five options at four prices ($149.90, $189.90, $289.90 and $429.90) sit in one listing
- A packaging picture names a gift packaging box, a leather storage bag and a bracelet gift
Worth noting
- The pictures read do not say how Limited Edition 1 and 2 differ, and list only one Limited Edition
- Two options, SPA-Hi End Max and SPA-Limited Edition 1, were sold out when the page was read
- The vendor field says TFZ, but the pictures read show the brand name EarAcoustic Audio and never mention TFZ
- One picture gives sensitivity as above 109 dB/mW while another picture gives 111, 110, 109 and 111dB
- The pictures read call the cable 0.78mm dual pin but do not say it is detachable
Questions before you buy
Which model matches which option?
The five options are SPA-Hi End, SPA-Hi End Ultra, SPA-Hi End Max and two SPA-Limited Edition versions. The pictured parameter specifications cover SPA Hi End, Hi End Ultra, Hi End MAX and Limited Edition, so the first three options match by name; the pictures read do not say how Limited Edition 1 and 2 differ.
Which impedance and sensitivity figures do the pictured parameter specifications give?
The pictured parameter specifications give SPA Hi End 23 ohms and 111dB, Hi End Ultra 26 ohms and 110dB, Hi End MAX 30 ohms and 109dB, and Limited Edition 25 ohms and 111dB, all with a 5-40000Hz frequency response. Another picture gives sensitivity as above 109 dB/mW.
What cable does the SPA Hi End series list?
The pictured parameter specifications give a 0.78MM dual pin LITZ coaxial bundle of oxygen free copper and silver plated wire in a mixed weave, 1.20M. A cable picture says up to 408 branch line cores and shows a white cable with a gold 3.5mm plug and red and blue marked 2-pin connectors.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- The store's vendor field says TFZ, but the pictures read show the brand name EarAcoustic Audio and none mentions TFZ. The pictures read cover four models and do not say how the two Limited Edition options differ.
- CONFLICT (minor): one picture gives sensitivity as above 109 dB/mW while another gives 111, 110, 109 and 111dB; that picture also words the unit differently for the Hi End (Silicon Edge, Dynamic Surrounding Unit) and the other three.
- Claims made in the pictures, none independently checked: a dual magnetic unit said to have twice the parsing superpower of conventional units, a Hi End said to be easy to drive, tuning from up to ten listening aspects. Two of the 16 pictures could not be read and six were not opened.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
- 2 of the 16 description pictures on HiFiGO's page did not load when we checked on October 29, 2026 (their image host answered "not found"), so anything they showed is not covered here.
