Our verdict

This listing fits a buyer who wants a wired 11.4mm graphene-diaphragm IEM at $149.90 with impedance and sensitivity stated per model. Look elsewhere if you need to know which of the three pictured models this listing sells, want a shell material for the Pro series (the pictures read give none), or want figures from someone other than the store. The spec figures are the page's own, read from its pictures.

Why 3.3/5: Held down by the missing text specification list, a short page text with its claims in pictures rather than text, the store's own terms that contradict each other, and no independent test checked for this review: every figure here is the store's own.

HiFiGO lists the EarAcoustic Audio SPA-Pro series as one option, SPA-Pro Ultra, at $149.90. The page description is 16 pictures, not text, and those read give an 11.4MM dynamic coil unit with a graphene diaphragm, a 5-40000Hz frequency response and, under the SPA-Pro Ultra name, 24 ohms and 112dB. The pictures read cover three models and do not say which one is the listed item.

Options and pricing

The one option, SPA-Pro Ultra, costs $149.90 and was orderable when read. A picture gives figures for three models, SPA-Pro, SPA-Pro Ultra and SPA-Pro MAX, with sensitivity of 113dB, 112dB and 111dB and impedance of 16, 24 and 30 ohms in that order, but the pictures read do not say which model the listing sells. A packaging picture names a SPA gift grade packaging box, a leather storage bag with metal zipper and a SPA LUCKY Bracelet given as a gift, while a separate photo shows the box, earphones, eartip cards, a round bag, a cable and the bracelet without an item list.

How it compares

The EarAcoustic Audio SPA-Hi End Series 11.4mm Dynamic Driver IEMs start from $149.90 and also name an 11.4mm dynamic driver; the table pictured on this page contrasts the two series in words, which is the page's claim. The TFZ/KING RS HIFI IEM Earphones Hybrid 4nd Driver Unit Gold Diaphragm is $238 and names a gold diaphragm. The SPA-Pro suits a buyer who wants graphene-diaphragm figures per model at $149.90; the KING RS suits one who wants the gold diaphragm in its name.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • A picture gives sensitivity and impedance for three models: 113dB and 16 ohms, 112dB and 24 ohms, 111dB and 30 ohms
  • The same picture gives 5-40000Hz for all three models
  • A picture names a graphene diaphragm with a dual magnetic circuit and dual chamber, and an N52 magnet
  • A cable picture describes a 0.78mm dual pin litz coaxial bundled cable of oxygen free copper, silver plated

Worth noting

  • The pictures read do not say which of the three models the listing sells; the option is named SPA-Pro Ultra
  • A shell picture gives materials only for the SPA-Hi End, Hi End Ultra and Hi End MAX, a different series, and none for the SPA-Pro
  • The vendor field says TFZ, while the pictures show an EarAcoustic Audio logo and brand text naming LiXian
  • No in-the-box list, earphone size or weight appears in the pictures read
  • The pictures read call the cable 0.78mm dual pin but do not say it is detachable

Questions before you buy

Which SPA-Pro model is this listing?

The only option is named SPA-Pro Ultra. A picture gives figures for SPA-Pro, SPA-Pro Ultra and SPA-Pro MAX, and the pictures read do not say which one the listing sells, so matching the SPA-Pro Ultra figures (24 ohms, 112dB) rests on the option name alone.

What drivers does it list?

A pictured line gives an 11.4MM dynamic coil unit with a graphene diaphragm, a dual magnetic circuit and a dual chamber for all three models, and another picture adds an N52 magnet. A picture claims the graphene diaphragm has an elastic modulus of about 1TPa.

What frequency response and distortion figures are listed?

A picture gives 5-40000Hz for all three models. A separate picture lists THD below 0.5%, intermodulation distortion below 0.05%, transient response below 3 milliseconds and signal attenuation below 0.5dB; the pictures read give no test conditions for them.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

What warranty does HiFiGO give?

One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify

  • The pictures read do not say which of the three models (SPA-Pro, SPA-Pro Ultra, SPA-Pro MAX) is the listed item; the option name SPA-Pro Ultra is the only match. A shell picture gives materials for the SPA-Hi End series, a different series, and none for the SPA-Pro.
  • The vendor field says TFZ; the pictures show an EarAcoustic Audio logo and text naming the LiXian brand, and none mentions TFZ. A pictured table claims stronger professionalism and purer sound for the SPA-Pro series.
  • Claims made in the pictures, none independently checked: a dual magnetic unit said to have twice the parsing superpower of conventional units, hundreds of directional simulation experiments for the cavity, a graphene elastic modulus of about 1TPa and tuning from up to ten listening aspects.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • 1 of the 16 description pictures on HiFiGO's page did not load when we checked on October 29, 2026 (their image host answered "not found"), so anything they showed is not covered here.
