TOPPING Transparent Acrylic Shelf Review
A transparent acrylic shelf listed at $33; the store title calls it an amplifier decoder frame. Its pictures show three plates, aluminium posts, spike cones and a size drawing labelled in cm. It suits buyers who will check those figures against their own gear.

Our verdict
A fit for buyers who want a transparent acrylic shelf with pictured spike cones and can check the drawing's figures against their own units. Look elsewhere if you need a stated load rating, plate thickness, weight, a list of compatible units or a text specification, because the pictures read for this review give none. Main caveat: the pictures read for this review give no text saying the pictured TOPPING A30 and D30 are included, and the size figures are not named.
- Best for
- Buyers who want a three-plate acrylic shelf with pictured spike cones and will check its drawing labels against their own units.
- Skip if
- You need a load rating, plate thickness, weight or a list of compatible units, none of which the pictures read for this review give.
Why 3.3/5: Held back by a description that is pictures only, with no specification list as text, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and by figures that are the store's own, with no independent test checked for this review.
This TOPPING accessory is a transparent acrylic shelf, listed at $33 as a single option. The store title calls it the KGU12 and an amplifier decoder frame, but its description is 15 pictures rather than text. Those pictures show three plates joined by aluminium posts at the four corners, spike cones at the bottom of the posts and a size drawing labelled 11.2cm, 15.8cm, 17.2cm, 11.8cm, 13.2cm and 4.3cm.

Options and pricing
One option is listed, Default Title at $33, and it was orderable when the page was read. The pictures show a TOPPING A30 above a D30 in the shelf, but the pictures read for this review give no text saying those units come with it and no in-the-box list or quantities; the parts photos (pictures 07, 09 and 10) show the plates, posts in two lengths, spike cones and flat screw caps without a text list.
How it compares
No sibling is a shelf, so the comparison is by price and job. The DUNU DC-11 DC12 DC16 2.5mm / 3.5mm Female Adapter starts at $17.99, the FiiO IMP XLR-4 Balanced Headphone Amplifier Impedance Adapter is $39.99 and the DAC Decode 4 Pin Male XLR To 2.5/4.4mm Female Carbon Fiber Converter starts at $45.59, against $33 here. Their names call them adapters or a converter, a different kind of part from a shelf, and the pictures read for this review give the shelf no compatibility list, so check your own gear against the drawing labels.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The pictures include a size drawing with labelled figures (11.2cm, 15.8cm, 17.2cm, 11.8cm, 13.2cm and 4.3cm) to check against your own gear
- Parts photos show the plates, posts in two lengths, spike cones and flat screw caps, so the pieces can be seen before buying
- A single option at $33, with no length, color or plug choice to sort out
- The pictures show a TOPPING A30 above a D30 in the shelf, so a two-unit setup is pictured
Worth noting
- The description is 15 pictures with no specification list as text
- No picture text read for this review gives plate thickness, load rating or weight, and the caliper display in picture 08 was too blurry to read
- The size drawing does not name its dimensions, so the six figures are not labelled as height, width or depth
- The pictures read for this review give no list of compatible units and no text saying the pictured A30 and D30 are included
- The name KGU12 comes from the store title and appears in no picture read for this review

What we couldn’t verify
- The name KGU12 comes from the store title and appears in no picture read for this review; those pictures also give no plate thickness, load rating, weight or in-the-box list.
- The size drawing in picture 00 does not name its dimensions, and the caliper display in picture 08 was too blurry to read.
- A Chinese caption in picture 12 says hobbyists auditioned the A30+D30 "suit set" at an audio show and affirmed its performance (our translation); it is a claim with no measurement given, and the pictures read for this review give no text saying the A30 and D30 come with the shelf.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
- HiFiGO's return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, and its warranty excludes cases, ear tips and other accessories.
