Our verdict
Aimed at a group of four that wants a say in where a loveseat section sits, in a room with 120 in of free wall and about 5 in behind the row. Look elsewhere if you want the 150° Classic Series recline or a description of what the loveseat section changes. The main caveat is that all four layouts share one price and a single listed width, and the page never says how they differ.
- Best for
- A group of four that wants to choose where a loveseat section sits in a 120 in wide row of recliners.
- Skip if
- A description of what the loveseat sections change matters to you, or you want the Classic Series' 150° recline.
Why 3.5/5: Lifted by the complete spec line for a 120 in row, including a 350 lb per-seat limit. Held back by having no independent test, with reviews found only on the store's own widget, and by store wording that differs in places, such as which surfaces are leather.
Offered as a plain row of four or with one loveseat section on the left, middle or right, the Simple Style 4-Seat is 120 in wide and lists at $3,199, or $799.75 a seat when the page's total is divided by 4. It stands 39 in deep upright and 42 in tall, reclines to 135° (68 in deep fully reclined) with about 5 in of wall clearance, and the page rates each seat at 350 lb.

How it compares
The ComfiRoom Classic Series Home Theater Seating, 4-Seat is also $3,199 and 120 in wide; per the Classic Series pages it brings diamond-quilted stitching and a Zero Gravity recline up to 150° and needs about 9 inches of wall clearance, against about 5 inches here. Stepping down, the ComfiRoom Simple Style Home Theater Seating, 3-Seat is $2,499 at 92 in, and stepping up the ComfiRoom Simple Style Home Theater Seating, 5-Seat is $3,899 at 149 in.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery: free standard delivery covers the contiguous 48 states; the store does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or P.O. boxes. Freight carriers deliver Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm with a photo as proof of delivery and no signature: the shipping page says to the ground level or the first dry area, while the FAQ says the boxes may be left at the curb, driveway, front door or garage. The shipping page says room-of-choice delivery is not offered at every location, and the FAQ adds that drivers usually do not carry furniture upstairs, into basements or through tight hallways. The same shipping page also says delivery fees are calculated at checkout, so check the shipping line before paying. Each seat ships as its own large package with its own tracking number, so a multi-seat order can arrive on different days. The store says it ships from 7 US warehouses, that most orders arrive within 7 days, and that each product page shows an estimated date range. Seats arrive with the backrest and the seat base separated (its fit guide lists a minimum doorway width of 25.8 inches), and assembly is two steps: attach the backrest to the seat base, then connect the wiring. Check the boxes for damage when they arrive (no signature is required, but if the driver is present the shipping page asks you to have damage noted on the delivery proof): the shipping page says to report damage or missing items within 3 business days, the refund page and the terms say 48 hours, and the refund page gives 72 hours for a wrong item. Returns and cancellations: a return must be started within 30 days of receipt, needs an RMA number from support and must come back in its original condition and packaging, and the refund page says unapproved returns are not accepted. Cancelling within 48 hours of ordering avoids a 7% processing fee; after that a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees apply, while the shipping page says a cancellation is free before shipment and costs $149 after it. For a defective item the store says it pays return shipping and repairs or replaces it. Warranty: a 1-year limited warranty from delivery covers materials, foam, frame parts and mechanisms, including motors and USB ports, against defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor home use; leather markings, foam compression, normal wear, accidents and spills, unauthorized repairs and commercial or outdoor use are not covered. An extended plan (comfiroom-Care) has to be bought with the furniture; its page lists seam slippage and breakage, frames, springs and mechanisms and structural and operational defects as covered and rips, tears, burns and punctures as not covered, and shows no price or term.
Before you buy
The store's page shows two prices for every seat configuration, a Regular Price and a Final Price After 30% OFF, and advertises a code of its own (COMFIROOMOFF30) for the same 30% on every product page, so the discounted figure is the working price and the regular price is the store's own reference. The page's Buy Now button applies that code only when the page address has no referral parameter; a page opened through this site's buy button has one, so Buy Now goes to checkout without the code: enter FACE4STORE (30% off, shown on this page) at checkout and check that the discount appears in the order summary before you pay. The store's own review widget repeats the same pool of reviews on every page of a collection (the Classic pages show 154 or 155, 147 of them five-star and 8 four-star on the 1-seat page); none of it was verified, and its five-star reviews carry caveats, such as a buyer who found the seat smaller than expected and better for gaming than lounging, and one who warned that in the Classic Series zero-gravity position the feet may block the view of a TV that sits low. We found no Trustpilot page for comfiroom.com (it returned 404 on 21 October 2026) and no independent hands-on test; the only outside mentions were roundup articles, which we did not rely on. The domain was registered on 17 April 2024. The About page says support can send leather samples to eligible US addresses, which is worth asking for before choosing a color.
What we liked
- The loveseat section can sit on the left, in the middle or on the right, besides the plain row of four.
- The page states 120 in width, 39 in upright depth, 42 in height and 68 in reclined depth, so the wall can be measured in advance.
- Each seat has its own control panel and two motors, and the page says one motor handles the headrest angle.
- Full reclining needs about 5 in of wall clearance, against about 9 in for the Classic Series 4-seat.
- One $3,199 price is listed for all 12 color and layout variants.
Worth noting
- The page does not say what a loveseat section changes, so the practical difference between the four layouts is unclear.
- Recline tops out at 135°; the Classic Series 4-seat at the same $3,199 lists up to 150°.
- No page says what covers the back and sides; the series FAQ only promises top grain leather on the seating surface.
- No room-size guidance is given for the 120 in row beyond its dimensions and the 5 in clearance.
Questions before you buy
Where can the loveseat section go on the 4-Seat?
The page lists Row of 4 Loveseat Right, Row of 4 Loveseat Middle and Row of 4 Loveseat Left, plus a plain Row of 4, and its intro describes one loveseat section on the left, middle or right. It does not say what the section changes.
How much room does a 120 in row need?
The page gives the row as 120 in wide and 39 in deep, reaching 68 in deep when fully reclined, with about 5 in of minimum wall clearance behind it. It offers no other room-size advice.
What does each seat in the 4-Seat have?
The page's feature photo labels a power adjustable headrest, a 360 degree swivel tray table, built-in armrest storage, lighted cup holders, Type C and USB charging ports and ambient base lights. The series FAQ adds individual controls and two motors per seat.
Does ComfiRoom deliver outside the contiguous US?
The shipping policy says free standard delivery covers the contiguous 48 states and that it does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or P.O. boxes. Freight carriers deliver Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm to the ground level or the first dry area, with a photo as proof and no signature.
Will the seat fit through my door, and does it need assembly?
The store's fit guide lists a minimum doorway width of 25.8 inches, and seats arrive with the backrest and the seat base separated. The FAQ describes assembly as two steps: attach the backrest to the seat base, then connect the wiring. It adds that freight drivers do not usually carry furniture upstairs or through tight hallways.
What is the return window?
The refund policy says a return must be started within 30 days of receipt, needs an RMA number from support and must be in its original condition and packaging; unapproved returns are not accepted. Cancelling within 48 hours of ordering avoids a 7% processing fee, and later cancellations carry a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
The warranty page covers materials, foam, frame parts and mechanisms, including motors and USB ports, against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from delivery under normal indoor home use. Leather markings, foam compression, normal wear, accidents, unauthorized repairs and commercial or outdoor use are excluded. Claims go to [email protected] or 1-888-970-5199 with photos.

What we couldn’t verify
- The page lists loveseat sections on the left, middle or right but does not say what they change in width, seat count or controls.
- Independent testing: none found. The reviews on the store's own pages (for example 155 on a Classic 1-seat page) sit on its own widget and were not verified.
- The store describes leather as 'top-grain leather on all contact surfaces', 'on the seating surface' (FAQ) and 'natural leather'; no page says what covers the back, sides or base.
- The FAQ says cushions keep their bounce and support for up to 15 years under normal use, while the warranty covers foam for one year and excludes foam compression.
- Damage-report windows differ (48 hours on the refund page and in the terms, 3 business days on the shipping page), and cancellation costs differ (7% or 30% on the refund page, none before shipment and $149 after on the shipping page).
