Our verdict
Reasonable for families who want a single-speed kids' e-bike with a 250W motor, disc brakes front and rear and the three handlebar speed limits the page lists, 7.5, 11 and 15.5 MPH, at $899. Look elsewhere if you want a display or a suspension fork. The main caveat is that the page's speed, range and patent claims are the store's own.
- Best for
- Families who want a single-speed kids' e-bike with disc brakes and the three handlebar speed limits the page lists.
- Skip if
- You want a display, a suspension fork or the longer listed range of the EKIDS16.
Why 3.6/5: Lifted by a specification table covering motor, battery, brakes, weight and size guidance; held back because no independent test of this model was found, and by a BBB profile with an F grade, no accreditation and two unanswered complaints.
At $899, the EKIDS20 1.0 pairs a 24V 250W rear motor and a 24V 10Ah battery with 20 x 1.95" tires and a single-speed chain drivetrain with a cadence sensor. The header strip gives a Class 1 label and a range of up to 20 Miles; the table adds a 37.4 lbs weight, a 200 lbs payload, rider heights of 3'5" to 5'0" and an age guideline of ages 8 and above, with three handlebar speed limits of 7.5, 11 and 15.5 MPH.

Options and pricing
Graphite and Cloud White are listed at $899 each, both in stock when read, and the page shows no crossed-out price. The package list names a kids eBike and an accessory box holding a tool kit, repainting solution, pedals and the charger. The accessory strip shows the Genesis JR. bike helmet for kids at $49.99, and the page offers no size or battery choice.
How it compares
The Eunorau EKIDS24 1.0 Kids Electric Bike is $899 as well, with the same 250W motor, 24V 10Ah battery and Class 1 label but 24" x 1.95" tires. The Eunorau EKIDS16 1.0 Kids Electric Bike is $799 with a 180W motor, 16" x 1.95" tires and a longer listed range of up to 25 Miles, against up to 20 Miles here. This 20 inch model sits between them in tire size.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from warehouses in Las Vegas, with 1 to 3 business days of processing and an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit; Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 shipping option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days), and carriers can add a charge for remote areas. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the 24-Month+ Limited Warranty on bikes bought in the US or Canada from 1 August 2023 covers manufacturing defects only: the frame for 10 years and the battery, motor and electrical components for 24 months, without labor or normal wear (brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, cables, tires, chains, chainrings, cassettes). It is for the original purchaser, needs product registration right after purchase and an inspection by an authorized specialist or dealer after the first year, is cut by 50% for commercial use, does not cover free gifts or pre-installed racks and fenders, and excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video). Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.
Before you buy
The page shows 104 customer reviews with 93% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016. The page shows a live 'people are viewing this right now' counter, which we could not verify. The store's FAQ defines Class 1, 2 and 3 e-bikes by assist or throttle and a 20 or 28 mph limit and says laws vary by state and country, so check local rules; many bike pages list a speed limit as 'Unlockable'.
What we liked
- Front and rear disc brakes use 160mm rotors, and the levers include a motor cutoff switch
- A cadence sensor, 32T chainring and 16T single speed freewheel make a simple chain drivetrain
- Three handlebar speed limits (7.5, 11 and 15.5 MPH) with a throttle that activates after 3 km/h
- The table gives weight (37.4 lbs), payload (200 lbs) and a saddle height range (22.4"-26.4")
- The page lists a chain guard that it says helps protect the chain ring teeth
Worth noting
- No display is equipped, and the only lighting the table lists is a wheel reflector
- Single-speed drivetrain with a 16T freewheel and no gear range
- The range is given as up to 20 Miles with no rider weight, terrain or speed setting behind it
Questions before you buy
What speed settings does the EKIDS20 have?
The table lists three speed limits on the handlebar, 7.5, 11 and 15.5 MPH, and says the half-twist throttle activates after 3 km/h. The copy puts the 250w motor at approximately 15.5 mph.
How does it stop?
The table lists disc brake levers with a motor cutoff switch and 160mm disc brake rotors, and the copy describes a front and rear dual-disc brake system.
What size of rider does the EKIDS20 list?
Rider heights of 3'5" to 5'0", an age guideline of ages 8 and above, a 200 lbs payload and a saddle height to ground of 22.4"-26.4".
How is a Eunorau e-bike shipped and how long does it take?
The shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from Las Vegas warehouses after 1 to 3 business days of processing, with an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit. Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days).
What is the return window?
The return page gives 7 calendar days from receipt to apply. The item must be new, unused and complete in its original packaging, and the buyer pays the return shipping to Eunorau's warehouse; the refund is full only when the fault is Eunorau's. Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty page lists 10 years on the frame and 24 months on the battery, motor and electrical components for bikes bought in the US or Canada after 1 August 2023. It covers manufacturing defects only, needs registration, and excludes wear items, labor and shipping damage.
Does Eunorau offer financing?
Every product page says 'Pay in interest-free installments' under Flexible Payment but names no provider, terms or limits, and we found no payment page, so ask the store before relying on it.

What we couldn’t verify
- The page mentions a battery indicator for the charge level yet its table lists no display, and it does not say where that indicator sits.
- The copy says the company is 'securing a patent' for the battery casing design and that children can operate the bike without parental assistance; it gives no patent number and no source for either claim.
- The page's header strip says 'UL CERTIFIED: Yes' without naming a standard, test lab or certificate number; we found none.
- The return page says the buyer pays return shipping, while the terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee.
