Our verdict

Suits a rider who wants a stand-up electric ride with a listed 1,000W motor and a 265 lbs payload at $1,699 and can live without a saddle. Look elsewhere if you want a seated bike, a foldable frame or a range beyond the page's up to 19-25 Mile. The main caveat is that the page calls it both a bike and a scooter, and every performance figure is the store's own.

Skip if
You want a seated bike, a foldable frame or a second battery option for longer range.

Why 3.6/5: The table's motor, battery, weight, payload and brake details lift it. Pulling it down are the missing independent test of this model and the company's BBB record of an F grade, no accreditation and two unanswered complaints.

Listed at $1,699, the JUMBO is a rear-motor ride that the page calls a heavy-duty stand-up electric scooter in a 'moped-style' vintage chopper look, although other lines of its copy say bike. The header strip gives a 48V1,000W motor, a 48V15.6Ah battery, a Class 2 label, a range of up to 19-25 Mile and tires listed as F:24" x 3.0" and R:20" x 3.0". The specification table adds a 21.7 MPH maximum speed, a 68 lbs weight and a 265 lbs payload capacity.

Options and pricing

The JUMBO comes in Orange or Black at $1,699 either way; both were in stock when read, and no crossed-out price is shown. There is no battery or size choice on the page, the specification table lists no saddle and says the bike is not foldable, and tools are marked as included. The accessory strip shows a single item, the Genesis adult bike helmet at $39.99.

How it compares

The Eunorau G30-CARGO 2.0 Electric Cargo Bike and the Eunorau MAX-CARGO 2.0 Electric Cargo Bike are also $1,699 and list 48V500W and 48V750W motors, a second 15Ah battery option and up to 65 Miles and up to 80 Miles with dual batteries. The JUMBO lists a 48V1,000W motor and a 48V15.6Ah battery with up to 19-25 Mile and no second battery on its page. The Eunorau META24 1.0 Commuter E-Bike, also $1,699, lists a 500W motor and up to 100 Miles with dual batteries.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping: the shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from warehouses in Las Vegas, with 1 to 3 business days of processing and an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit; Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 shipping option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days), and carriers can add a charge for remote areas. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the 24-Month+ Limited Warranty on bikes bought in the US or Canada from 1 August 2023 covers manufacturing defects only: the frame for 10 years and the battery, motor and electrical components for 24 months, without labor or normal wear (brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, cables, tires, chains, chainrings, cassettes). It is for the original purchaser, needs product registration right after purchase and an inspection by an authorized specialist or dealer after the first year, is cut by 50% for commercial use, does not cover free gifts or pre-installed racks and fenders, and excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video). Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.

Before you buy

The page shows 214 customer reviews with 85% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016. The page shows a live 'people are viewing this right now' counter, which we could not verify. The store's FAQ defines Class 1, 2 and 3 e-bikes by assist or throttle and a 20 or 28 mph limit and says laws vary by state and country, so check local rules; many bike pages list a speed limit as 'Unlockable'.

What we liked

  • Listed 48V1,000W rear motor with a stated maximum torque of 70N.m
  • Specification table gives weight (68 lbs), payload (265 lbs / 120 kg), box dimensions and overall length (2000mm)
  • TEKTRO disc brakes with a motor cutoff switch, and a push mode on the LCD display for pushing the bike uphill
  • A rear rack, fenders, an integrated taillight and a 6V-60V LED headlight are listed
  • The page describes a standing deck larger than a standard scooter's

Worth noting

  • No saddle (the table says Saddle: No) and the page lists no pedals or pedal-assist levels, only a half twist throttle
  • Listed range is up to 19-25 Mile on a 48V/15.6Ah battery, and the page shows no second-battery option
  • Not foldable per the table, with a 2000mm total length and a 1180mm maximum height
  • The brake rotor line says 'E-ABS' with no explanation of what it does

Questions before you buy

Is the JUMBO a bike or a scooter?

The page uses both words. Its copy calls it a heavy-duty stand-up electric scooter and a 'moped-style' hybrid for riders who do not want a full seated e-bike, yet other lines refer to 'your bike' and to pushing 'the bike' uphill; the specification table lists Saddle: No and Foldable: No.

What battery and range does it list?

A 48V/15.6Ah lithium battery with a US standard 2.0A smart charger. The page gives the range as up to 19-25 MI / 30-40 KM and does not state a charging time.

What does the JUMBO's CDC6 display show?

The page says the CDC6 LCD display has a dark background and bright numerics and shows battery life, speed and distance, with a push mode for pushing the bike uphill.

How is a Eunorau e-bike shipped and how long does it take?

The shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from Las Vegas warehouses after 1 to 3 business days of processing, with an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit. Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days).

What is the return window?

The return page gives 7 calendar days from receipt to apply. The item must be new, unused and complete in its original packaging, and the buyer pays the return shipping to Eunorau's warehouse; the refund is full only when the fault is Eunorau's. Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty page lists 10 years on the frame and 24 months on the battery, motor and electrical components for bikes bought in the US or Canada after 1 August 2023. It covers manufacturing defects only, needs registration, and excludes wear items, labor and shipping damage.

Does Eunorau offer financing?

Every product page says 'Pay in interest-free installments' under Flexible Payment but names no provider, terms or limits, and we found no payment page, so ask the store before relying on it.

What we couldn’t verify

  • The page copy calls the JUMBO a heavy-duty stand-up electric scooter but also says 'your bike', the table lists Saddle: No, and pedals or pedal assist are never mentioned.
  • The header strip lists Class 2 next to a 1,000W motor and a 21.7 MPH maximum speed without explaining the class label; no range test or conditions are given for the 19-25 Mile figure.
  • The page's header strip says 'UL CERTIFIED: Yes' without naming a standard, test lab or certificate number; we found none.
  • The return page says the buyer pays return shipping, while the terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee.
