Eunorau G30-CARGO 2.0 Electric Cargo Bike Review
A long-tail electric cargo bike listed at $1,699 with a 48V500W rear hub motor, a 48V14Ah battery that takes an optional second 15Ah pack, 20" x 3.0" tires and a stated 440 lbs payload. The page pitches it at riders hauling kids, groceries or other loads; a child seat is sold separately.

Our verdict
A fit for riders who want a long-tail cargo e-bike with a stated 440 lbs payload, hydraulic disc brakes and a second-battery option at $1,699 and who accept the store's own figures. Look elsewhere if you need a measured range, one clear battery specification or a bike that comes with a child seat. The main caveat is that every performance number comes from the page, which gives the battery and the range in more than one form.
- Best for
- Riders who want a long-tail cargo e-bike with a listed 440 lbs payload and a second-battery option.
- Skip if
- You need a measured range, one consistent battery specification or a child seat included in the price.
Why 3.8/5: Lifted by a full specification table and by an independent write-up of an earlier version; held back by that write-up predating this page and by a BBB profile with an F grade, no accreditation and two unanswered complaints.
Long-tail cargo hauling is the pitch of the G30-CARGO 2.0, listed at $1,699 with a 48V500W geared rear hub motor, a 48V14Ah battery and Kenda 20" x 3.0" tires. The page states a 440 lbs payload, hydraulic disc brakes, a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain and a 78lbs weight on its geometry chart. Electrek's 2022 article covers an earlier G30 Cargo, not this 2.0 page: it listed its specifications without measuring anything, called the ride 'good, not great' and added 'That's a great deal!'

Options and pricing
Yellow and Orange are the two colors, both at $1,699 and both in stock when read; the page shows no crossed-out price. The battery is 48V14Ah with a second 15Ah battery listed as optional, and tools are marked as included. The accessory strip adds a black basket at $99.00, a front basket mount at $59.00, a handrail / monkey bar at $99.00, a cushioned rear seat at $49.00 and a child seat at $279.00, while baby seats are not included.
How it compares
The Eunorau MAX-CARGO 2.0 Electric Cargo Bike is also $1,699 but lists a 48V750W motor, 24" x 2.4" tires, a Class 3 label and up to 80 Miles with dual batteries, against this bike's 48V500W motor, 20" x 3.0" tires and up to 65 Miles. The Eunorau JUMBO Electric Bike is $1,699 as well, with a 48V1,000W motor and a 48V15.6Ah battery. The Eunorau MAX / G20 / G30 Cargo Bike Battery at $459 is described as fitting the G30-Cargo.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from warehouses in Las Vegas, with 1 to 3 business days of processing and an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit; Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 shipping option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days), and carriers can add a charge for remote areas. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the 24-Month+ Limited Warranty on bikes bought in the US or Canada from 1 August 2023 covers manufacturing defects only: the frame for 10 years and the battery, motor and electrical components for 24 months, without labor or normal wear (brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, cables, tires, chains, chainrings, cassettes). It is for the original purchaser, needs product registration right after purchase and an inspection by an authorized specialist or dealer after the first year, is cut by 50% for commercial use, does not cover free gifts or pre-installed racks and fenders, and excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video). Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.
Before you buy
The page shows 759 customer reviews with 96% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016. The page shows a live 'people are viewing this right now' counter, which we could not verify. The store's FAQ defines Class 1, 2 and 3 e-bikes by assist or throttle and a 20 or 28 mph limit and says laws vary by state and country, so check local rules; many bike pages list a speed limit as 'Unlockable'.
What we liked
- Page states a 440 lbs total payload capacity and lists a second 15Ah battery as an option
- Hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors and a motor cutoff switch on the levers
- Specification table gives motor torque (65 N.m), controller (48V20A) and a 4-6 hours charging time
- Front suspension fork and a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain with a 44T chain-wheel crank are listed
- Geometry chart lists frame dimensions and a 78lbs weight
Worth noting
- The up to 65 Miles range is quoted with dual batteries, and this listing shows no price for the optional second one
- A 2022 reviewer of the earlier G30 Cargo doubted the fork would hold up under that much weight and found the wooden deck harder to lash things to
- The page does not say how its 'Unlockable' speed limit is changed or what speed it then allows
- No child seat comes with the bike; the page lists one as a $279.00 add-on
Questions before you buy
What battery does the G30-CARGO 2.0 use and how long does it take to charge?
The header strip lists a 48V14Ah battery with a second 15Ah battery as optional, while the specification table says 48V14Ah/20Ah, lithium-ion. The page gives a charging time of 4-6 hours with the US standard 2.0 A smart charger and calls the battery removable.
How much can it carry and which rider heights does it suit?
The specification table lists a total payload capacity of 440 lbs and a recommended rider height of 5'1" to 6'2". The page says baby seats are not included and lists a child seat as a separate accessory.
What information does the G30-CARGO 2.0 screen give?
The page says the LCD screen shows battery life, riding speed, mileage and the pedal assist level; the table names it a CDC6 LCD display and lists a half twist throttle.
How is a Eunorau e-bike shipped and how long does it take?
The shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from Las Vegas warehouses after 1 to 3 business days of processing, with an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit. Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days).
What is the return window?
The return page gives 7 calendar days from receipt to apply. The item must be new, unused and complete in its original packaging, and the buyer pays the return shipping to Eunorau's warehouse; the refund is full only when the fault is Eunorau's. Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty page lists 10 years on the frame and 24 months on the battery, motor and electrical components for bikes bought in the US or Canada after 1 August 2023. It covers manufacturing defects only, needs registration, and excludes wear items, labor and shipping damage.
Does Eunorau offer financing?
Every product page says 'Pay in interest-free installments' under Flexible Payment but names no provider, terms or limits, and we found no payment page, so ask the store before relying on it.

What we couldn’t verify
- The battery is 48V14Ah in the header strip but 48V14Ah/20Ah in the table and text, and the range appears as up to 65 Miles, 35-65 miles and up to 120 kilometers, none with a test method.
- The same 2022 reviewer also noted a small support team and an unknown future battery replacement, and that article carries affiliate links and does not say who supplied the bike; the 2.0 page does not say what changed from the earlier model.
- The page's header strip says 'UL CERTIFIED: Yes' without naming a standard, test lab or certificate number; we found none.
- The return page says the buyer pays return shipping, while the terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee.
