Our verdict

Suited to riders who want a step-through frame with a 1000W mid-drive motor, full suspension and 27.5 x 3.0 tires at a lower price than the Specter S 4.0. Look elsewhere if you need one clear battery specification, since the page gives the main and second batteries different capacities in different places. The main caveat is that range, speed, class and certification are the store's own claims.

Best for
Riders who want a step-through frame with a 1000W mid-drive motor and full suspension.
Skip if
You need one clear battery capacity and a range figure that does not depend on a second pack.

Why 3.7/5: The score rests on a specification table covering motor, battery, weight, brakes and tires, the store's published after-sale terms and outside write-ups of the model line that were not read in detail, and is held down by a BBB F grade and two unanswered complaints.

Built around a step-through frame, the Specter-ST 2.0 is listed at $2,999 with a 48V1000W Bafang M620 mid-drive motor, a main 48V17.5Ah battery, full suspension and 27.5 x 3.0 tires. The header lists Class 3, speed limited and unlockable, and the specification table gives a 28MPH / 45KMH maximum speed, 88lbs weight and a 300 lbs total payload capacity. The page's up to 80 miles range assumes a second battery, and its copy qualifies the figure as 'under favorable conditions'.

Options and pricing

The page lists two colors, Black and White, both in stock when read, at one price of $2,999. It shows a crossed-out price of $3,799. The price covers the main 48V17.5Ah battery and the US standard 2.0 A smart charger; the specification table names an optional secondary battery, and a rack and fender set is shown at $149.00. A tool is listed as included.

How it compares

The Eunorau Specter S 4.0 (Hunter X9) Mid-Drive Full-Suspension E-Bike is $3,799 with a 1,000W mid motor, a 48V 17.5Ah battery and 26 x 4.0 tires, where this step-through is $2,999 on 27.5 x 3.0 tires. The Eunorau URUS 2.0 Mid-Drive E-Bike is $3,999 with a 500W mid-drive and 27.5 x 2.8 tires, and its page also lists Class 3.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping: the shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from warehouses in Las Vegas, with 1 to 3 business days of processing and an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit; Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 shipping option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days), and carriers can add a charge for remote areas. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the 24-Month+ Limited Warranty on bikes bought in the US or Canada from 1 August 2023 covers manufacturing defects only: the frame for 10 years and the battery, motor and electrical components for 24 months, without labor or normal wear (brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, cables, tires, chains, chainrings, cassettes). It is for the original purchaser, needs product registration right after purchase and an inspection by an authorized specialist or dealer after the first year, is cut by 50% for commercial use, does not cover free gifts or pre-installed racks and fenders, and excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video). Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.

Before you buy

The page shows 183 customer reviews with 90% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016. The page marks a 'Free Gift Included' item in its accessories list and does not say whether the offer ends. The page shows a crossed-out regular price and a 'Save' amount or percentage; those are the store's own comparison figures. The store's FAQ defines Class 1, 2 and 3 e-bikes by assist or throttle and a 20 or 28 mph limit and says laws vary by state and country, so check local rules; many bike pages list a speed limit as 'Unlockable'.

What we liked

  • Bafang M620 mid motor listed at 1000W with 160 N.m torque and a torque sensor
  • Full suspension: a 140mm fork with compression adjustment and lockout plus a 165mm DNM rear shock
  • SRAM NX 1x11 drivetrain with an 11-42T cassette
  • Four-piston hydraulic brakes with 180MM rotors and a motor cutoff switch, per the page
  • The geometry table lists a standover of 490mm/19.3in for the step-through frame
  • BAFANG DPC18 color display that the page says shows speed, battery life, range, odometer and pedal assist level

Worth noting

  • Battery capacities are stated inconsistently: the main pack is 17.5Ah in the header, copy and battery row but 17Ah in the range row, and the second pack is 15Ah or 17Ah
  • The page's 80-mile range needs a second battery, and it gives no range for the main battery alone
  • The display row mentions an adjustable-stem model (CAN protocol) and a standard-stem model (UART protocol), yet the only options are two colors

Questions before you buy

What battery does it list and how does the range figure work?

The page lists a main 48V17.5Ah battery and an optional secondary battery, and its range row gives 80 miles for a 48V17Ah main battery plus a secondary 17Ah battery. The header gives the second pack as 15Ah, so the pairing behind the 80 miles is not clear. The battery type is LG lithium-ion and the charging time is 5 - 8 hours.

What display and assist options does it have?

A BAFANG DPC18 color TFT display and 0~5 level pedal assist. The page copy says the motor has a torque sensor and both throttle and pedal assist capabilities, and that the display shows speed, battery life, range, odometer and pedal assist level.

What frame and suspension does it use?

An aluminum alloy 6061 frame with suspension, which the page describes as a step-through frame. The front fork is a 140mm travel suspension fork with compression adjustment and lockout, the rear shock is a DNM AO-38RC of 165mm, and the geometry table lists a standover of 490mm/19.3in.

How is a Eunorau e-bike shipped and how long does it take?

The shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from Las Vegas warehouses after 1 to 3 business days of processing, with an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit. Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days).

What is the return window?

The return page gives 7 calendar days from receipt to apply. The item must be new, unused and complete in its original packaging, and the buyer pays the return shipping to Eunorau's warehouse; the refund is full only when the fault is Eunorau's. Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty page lists 10 years on the frame and 24 months on the battery, motor and electrical components for bikes bought in the US or Canada after 1 August 2023. It covers manufacturing defects only, needs registration, and excludes wear items, labor and shipping damage.

Does Eunorau offer financing?

Every product page says 'Pay in interest-free installments' under Flexible Payment but names no provider, terms or limits, and we found no payment page, so ask the store before relying on it.
