FiiO SNOWSKY OAK NANO IEMs Review
A single dynamic driver in-ear monitor listed at $449.99. Its pictures give a 13.8mm dynamic driver described as beryllium-coated, a 0.78mm 2-pin connector and swappable 3.5mm, 4.4mm and Type-C DSP plugs. It suits buyers who want a choice of plugs and nozzles.

Our verdict
A fit for buyers who want a single dynamic driver IEM with swappable 3.5mm, 4.4mm and Type-C DSP plugs and two nozzle pairs, going by the figures the pictures give. Look elsewhere if you need the Type-C plug on consoles, the FIIO Control app on iOS or a figure from an outside test. The main caveat is that every specification figure sits in pictures, six text-bearing ones were not read, and all of it is the store's own.
- Best for
- Listeners who want an IEM with swappable 3.5mm, 4.4mm and Type-C DSP plugs and two nozzle pairs.
- Skip if
- You want console use with the Type-C plug, the FIIO Control app on iOS or a figure from an outside test.
Why 3.3/5: Held back by a page with no specification list as text and a short page text with most claims in pictures, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and because no independent test was checked for this review: every figure is the store's own.
At $449.99 in one option, OAK NANO Silver, the FiiO SNOWSKY OAK NANO is an in-ear monitor with a single dynamic driver, which the pictures give as 13.8mm and beryllium-coated. Options and pricing
OAK NANO Silver is the only option, at $449.99 and orderable when the page was read. The pictures show three swappable plugs: 3.5mm single-ended, 4.4mm balanced and a Type-C DSP digital decoding plug. The pictured package list names the OAK NANO, a cable with swappable plugs, a 3.5/4.4mm swappable plug with the 4.4mm plug pre-installed, a Type-C swappable plug, two pairs of swappable nozzles with the black ones pre-installed, a NEST CUBE storage case, a magnetic cable clip, a cleaning brush and several sets of ear tips.
How it compares
Against the EarAcoustic Audio SPA-Pro Series 11.4mm Dynamic Driver IEMs at $149.90, which name an 11.4mm dynamic driver, the OAK NANO pictures give a 13.8mm dynamic driver at $449.99. The JUZEAR POISE Series FLAME 1DD+4BA Hybrid In-Ear Earphone Monitor is $152.10, names a 1DD+4BA hybrid layout and lists 48Ω resistance, where the OAK NANO pictures give 50Ω@1kHz. The TIPSY M3 1DD+2BA Hybrid Drivers In-Ear Earphone is $219 with a 1DD+2BA layout in its name. Those three suit tighter budgets; the OAK NANO suits listeners who want swappable plugs and nozzles.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
FiiO's own notice "A letter to FiiO fans" (undated) lists HiFiGo among sellers it has not authorized and recommends buying FiiO products from local agents. FiiO says it still services genuine products bought from such sellers if the buyer emails [email protected], but the buyer pays the freight and duties if a unit must go back to China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The pictures give 50Ω@1kHz, 112dB/mW@1kHz and 10Hz-40kHz, with the test point stated for impedance and sensitivity
- Swappable 3.5mm single-ended, 4.4mm balanced and Type-C DSP plugs, the last with a BES3001-SP chip and 8-band PEQ per the pictures
- Two pairs of swappable nozzles, black pre-installed, appear in the pictured package list
- The pictured package list includes a NEST CUBE storage case, a magnetic cable clip, a cleaning brush and several ear-tip sets
- A weight of about 8.9g per earbud (excluding cable) and a cable length of about 1.2m are pictured
Worth noting
- No description text and no specification list as text: every specification figure sits in pictures, and six text-bearing pictures were not read for this review
- Pictured footnotes say the Type-C plug does not currently support UAC 1.0 (such as Xbox, Switch and PlayStation consoles) and that FIIO Control app support is limited to Android
- The two nozzle frequency response graphs in the pictures state no values
Questions before you buy
What driver does the OAK NANO use?
The pictures describe a single dynamic driver. They list it as a beryllium-coated dynamic driver and a 13.8mm external magnet dynamic driver, with 50Ω@1kHz, 112dB/mW@1kHz and 10Hz-40kHz. All of these come from the page's pictures.
Which plugs does it take, and which is fitted?
Per the pictures: 3.5mm single-ended, 4.4mm balanced and a Type-C DSP digital decoding plug. The pictured package list says the 4.4mm plug is pre-installed. The pictures also give the audio plug as straight and twist-lock swappable, the connector as 0.78mm 2-pin and the cable length as about 1.2m.
What does the Type-C DSP plug do?
The pictures say the Type-C plug houses a BES3001-SP DSP chip with balanced output, 32-bit/384kHz PCM decoding and 8-band PEQ, set through the FIIO Control app or a web interface. Footnotes say it does not currently support UAC 1.0 (such as Xbox, Switch and PlayStation consoles) and that the app is limited to Android.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- A magnetic flux figure is printed two ways: nearly 1.5T in one picture and 1.5 Tesla in another. The two nozzle graphs state no values, and the 0.1% distortion, 69.5% magnet volume and 30% vibration area figures are claims in the pictures.
- Claims in the pictures, not checked here: a pure titanium shell, a Hi-Res AUDIO badge, and nozzle notes pairing red with pop, rock and folk and black with classical and instrumental music. Pictures are also marked as for reference only.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
- FiiO's undated seller notice lists HiFiGo as an unauthorized seller; FiiO says it still services genuine units, with freight and duties paid by the buyer.
