Our verdict

A fit for buyers who want a USB DAC and amp at $199 with both a 4.4mm balanced and a 3.5mm single-ended output, with power listed at 16Ω and 32Ω in a pictured spec table. Look elsewhere if you want specifications as page text or a figure from an independent test. The pictures give THD+N two ways, and no independent test was checked for this review: every figure is the store's own.

Why 3.3/5: Held back by a page with no specification list as text, so its claims sit in pictures, seven of the 15 not read; by the store's own terms contradicting each other; and by figures that are the store's own with no independent test checked for this review.

The iBasso DC07PRO is a USB portable DAC and amp that the page lists at $199 in black or silver. Its pictures name a quad array of Cirrus Logic CS43131 DAC chips, a 4.4mm balanced output, a 3.5mm single-ended output and an SPDIF output, with PCM up to 32bit/768kHz and native DSD 512x. A spec table pictured on the page gives 510mW+510mW at 16Ω from the 4.4mm output and a body weight of 23g.

Options and pricing

Two colors are listed, DC07PRO-Black and DC07PRO-Silver, both at $199 and orderable when the page was read. The pictured package list includes the DC07Pro, a USB-C to USB-C cable, a USB-C to Lightning cable, a USB-C to USB-A converter and a user manual. One picture prints the model name as DC07PPRO, so the name is spelled two ways in the pictures.

How it compares

The SHANLING UP6 Dual ES9069Q Portable Bluetooth DAC / AMP is also $199 and is named a Bluetooth DAC/amp with dual ES9069Q chips, where the DC07PRO is named a USB unit with CS43131 chips. The iBasso Nunchaku Dual CS43198 USB DAC & Tube AMP costs $299 and is named a tube amp, and the FiiO KA15 Dual CS43198 Portable DAC & Headphone AMP is $109.99. The DC07PRO suits a USB-connected setup with both plug sizes; the UP6 suits anyone who wants Bluetooth.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • Four CS43131 DAC chips in a quad array, as listed in a pictured spec table
  • Both 4.4mm balanced and 3.5mm single-ended outputs, plus an SPDIF output, per the pictures
  • Output power is listed at 16Ω and 32Ω for each headphone output, with THD+N under 0.1%
  • Weight (23g) and size (59mm x 23.5mm x 12.5mm) are listed in the pictured spec table
  • Black and silver are offered at the same $199

Worth noting

  • The page text has no specification list: the figures sit in pictures, and seven of the 15 were not read for this review
  • The pictures give THD+N as 0.00098% in one place and 0.000098% (-120.2dB) in three others
  • The pictures read for this review give output power at 16Ω and 32Ω only, so a higher-impedance headphone has no power figure in them

Questions before you buy

How much output power does the DC07PRO list?

A spec table pictured on the page gives 510mW+510mW at 16Ω and 430mW+430mW at 32Ω from the 4.4mm balanced output, and 210mW+210mW at 16Ω and 118mW+118mW at 32Ω from the 3.5mm single-ended output, each at THD+N under 0.1%.

Which outputs and formats does it list?

The pictures list a 4.4mm balanced output, a 3.5mm single-ended output and an SPDIF output. The spec table gives PCM up to 32bit/768kHz and native DSD 512x.

How is the DC07PRO controlled?

Per the pictures, a rotary multi-function knob with a 0.96inch OLED sets volume and digital filter settings: a single press turns the screen on or off, and holding it with the screen on opens a settings menu. The pictures also name an iBasso UAC Android APK, and one says no APK is required on the iOS side.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

What warranty does HiFiGO give?

One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify

  • THD+N reads 0.00098% in one picture and 0.000098% (-120.2dB) in three others. The noise floor is 760nV beside the balanced figures in two pictures, while the spec table gives 0.85μV balanced and 0.76μV single-ended.
  • Claims in the pictures are not checked here: THD+N 'one more zero than other dongles', a nanovolt noise floor said to make background noise inaudible, and 80mA draw said to be 40% lower than the DC04PRO with 82% more output power.
  • A small-print warranty card in a picture says free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, accessories excluded; those terms are the card's own and are not checked here.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
