Our verdict
ROLA PetPal is Enabot's feeding-and-play pet robot: a 2.5K camera with night vision, an AI-triggered snack dispenser sized for treats and freeze-dried food, two-way voice communication, and an auto-edited daily highlight video. Interactive play (laser games, a rolling ball) needs the separate Interactive Toys accessory, and 24/7 cloud recording needs a paid Cloud+ subscription. It suits owners who specifically want automated feeding alongside monitoring.
- Best for
- Pet owners who want automatic, schedulable treat feeding combined with two-way video monitoring.
- Skip if
- You're in the UK, or you just want a monitoring camera without a feeder -- ROLA Mini costs less and skips the feeding module.
Why 3.5/5: Lifted by a feeder with AI pet recognition, a 2.5K night-vision camera, two-way voice and a daily highlight clip. Held back by a 2-8 hour battery, play features and cloud playback that cost extra, a style list the page does not spell out, and snack feeding marked unavailable in the UK.
ROLA PetPal is priced at $199 and ships in three styles: with a treat dispenser, with a treat dispenser plus interactive toys, or bundled with Enabot's ROLA Water Fountain. It measures 192x171.3x120mm and weighs about 1026g in total across its main unit, snack module, and charging dock.
The core feature is AI-triggered feeding: the snack dispenser handles treats and freeze-dried food up to 12mm in diameter, dispensing roughly 3-5 pieces per feeding, with a sealed spout Enabot says keeps snacks fresh between uses. AI pet recognition can schedule feedings or trigger them remotely from the app.
The camera records at 2.5K (2880x1620, 5MP) with night vision, and communication runs both ways: real-time two-way voice, pre-recorded voice commands, and a built-in call button that lets a pet "say hello" on its own. Enabot also automatically edits and sends a daily 30-second "day in the life" video compiled from the robot's footage.
Interactive play -- a playful stick, laser games, and a rolling ball with 9 preset actions and 7 preset sounds -- requires the separate ROLA PetPal Interactive Toys accessory; it isn't built into the base unit. Similarly, 24/7 Cloud Playback and smart alerts for abnormal movement, barking, or breaking glass run through Enabot's optional paid Cloud+ subscription. The robot auto-recharges via infrared guidance within close range, with a 3500mAh battery rated for 2-8 hours of use and a 2.5-hour charge time.
Enabot's own product page notes availability limits for ROLA PetPal in the UK, so UK shoppers should confirm at checkout. Where it does ship, standard Enabot policies apply: free shipping with duties/VAT included, a 14-day free-reason return or 7-day DOA replacement/refund, and a 1-year warranty (2 years in the EU).

How it compares
The ROLA Mini Pet Monitor is the plain monitor: on Oct 25, 2026 it was $139.99 against $179.00 for the PetPal's "With Treat Dispenser" style, $39.01 less. The PetPal adds a feeder, a charging dock and a 2.5K camera (2880 x 1620, against 2K, 2304 x 1296, on the Mini), but a 3500mAh battery rated 2-8 hours against up to 25 days of standby; the ROLA Mini page says it has no charging dock and no laser. Compare like with like: the PetPal's price depends on its style ($179.00, $219.00 with the toys, $199.00 with the fountain).
The EBO Air 2 Plus was $359.00 and records at the same 2880 x 1620 its page calls 3K, adds two-way video, an AI chat assistant and a 5000mAh battery, and lists no feeder; its FAQ says it has no laser. Who it suits: the PetPal for a cat or dog owner who wants treats, play and daily highlight clips from one robot and accepts a short battery and extra costs for toys and cloud playback; the ROLA Mini for plain remote checking; the Air 2 Plus for video calls with family. Skip the PetPal in the UK: the page marks snack feeding and AI playing as unavailable there.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Read on Oct 25, 2026 from the store's shipping policy, refund policy (which also holds the warranty terms) and terms of service, with its home page checked for conflicts. Where they say nothing, the point says so.
- Where it ships: "most countries worldwide". If your country can be selected at checkout and no delivery restriction is shown, the store says it can ship there. Some countries are unavailable because of carrier restrictions; the policy points to [email protected] for alternatives.
- Shipping fee: free for main units and bundles to Asia, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; $19.9 for accessories to those regions. "Other available regions" pay $49.9 for either.
- Delivery time: estimates of 5-15 days to the United States, around 10 days to Canada, 7-15 days to Europe and 7-10 days to Asia Pacific (a list that includes Australia and New Zealand), given in days rather than business days. Actual delivery "may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier services". For a faster option the policy says to email [email protected] before ordering; extra charges may apply.
- Carriers and tracking: DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS are named, along with Yanwen Express, SF Express and "other freight forwarder channels as needed"; the store picks one by location and order details. Tracking comes by email and on the carrier's website. Signature and curbside delivery are not mentioned. An order may be split into several parcels, each with its own tracking email.
- Taxes and duties: VAT and import tax are included for Asia, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand ("No extra fees upon delivery"). Elsewhere, local customs may charge duties, VAT or customs fees that the store says are "not within our control".
- Address changes and cancellations: before the order ships, email [email protected] with the order number and correct address. After it ships, the address "cannot be changed"; rerouting through [email protected] may bring carrier fees. You can ask to cancel before you receive the shipment notification email, and the store "will try to cancel the order for you"; once shipping information is provided, "cancellations are no longer supported".
- Missing, wrong or damaged items: email [email protected] with the order number, a photo of the package showing the shipping label, a photo of everything inside and a description. The store says that "depending on the situation" it will arrange a replacement, refund or partial refund. If no shipping update arrives within 7 business days of ordering, email [email protected].
- Two return routes: a 14-day return lets you apply for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package "for any reason"; for returns not related to quality, "the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer". A 7-day return for items that arrive damaged, different or nonfunctional allows an exchange or full refund within 7 days of receipt, with return shipping paid by Enabot; email pictures or video plus a picture of the entire package.
- Condition: returned items must be in original condition, "without any installation marks or signs of use", and sealed in the original packaging. That sentence sits under the 7-day damaged-item heading; the 14-day return names no condition of its own.
- Not returnable: all accessories, including "chargers, replacement parts, and any other accessory items", are non-refundable.
- How a return runs: email [email protected] with the reason, your order number and shipping address; the store says it will get back to you within 48 hours. You need an RMA number from support before sending anything, and the parcel must go to the return address the store confirms: a US warehouse in DeSoto, Texas or a Germany warehouse in Düsseldorf. A parcel sent to an unapproved address "may result in the refund being denied".
- Refunds: after the parcel arrives, inspection takes "a few days"; the refund then "will be processed within 5 business days" and the store emails a notice. How soon it reaches you "depends on the processing speed of the bank". The page does not say which payment method the refund goes to, and it mentions no restocking fee.
- Warranty length: the warranty section covers Enabot products "purchased from authorized platforms" and does not list those platforms. It gives 1 year worldwide except European countries and 2 years for purchases within European countries, counted from the date you receive the package, and it applies only in the country of purchase.
- Warranty coverage: if "performance failure occurs during the warranty period, under conditions of proper use", the store says it will provide warranty service; it does not say whether that means repair, replacement or refund. Claims go to [email protected]. The page also recommends backing up and emptying the SD card before returning or exchanging the product.
- Warranty exclusions: normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, accidents (collision, fire, flood, earthquake, spills), neglect, abuse, alteration, modification, unusual stress, unauthorized repair or installation, improper storage, or use with unsuitable devices, software or services; use not following the documentation; damage from third-party equipment; commercial use or resale; and used or resold products. Enabot "reserves the right to make the final interpretation" of the terms.
- Seller and contact: the terms of service name WeHome Technology Company Limited and [email protected]; the home page gives [email protected] for questions. No page gives a postal address for the company; the two warehouse addresses are for approved returns.
Where the pages disagree
- Banner against the policy: the home page says "14 days return" and "1-year warranty". The refund policy makes accessories non-refundable, puts return shipping on you for returns not related to quality, and gives 2 years for purchases within European countries.
- Refund speed: the return steps say the store will "start to refund you immediately" once it has inspected the parcel. The refund section says inspection takes "a few days" and the refund is processed "within 5 business days".
- Contact address: the 7-day clause sends damaged or nonfunctional items to [email protected], while the shipping policy sends damaged items to [email protected], and the refund policy sends return requests and warranty claims to [email protected].
For this product, shipping to the US is free for the three styles on the page (main units and bundles, 5 to 15 days, no import fees), while the policy charges $19.9 to ship accessories and takes none back, which would cover a separately bought Treat Dispenser or Interactive Toys; the page shows $179.00 with $199.00 crossed out and the refund policy names no sale-price exclusion; all 3 styles were available in the store data on Oct 25, 2026.
What we liked
- Combines a camera, an automatic snack feeder, and (with the optional Interactive Toys accessory) play features in one robot
- AI pet recognition can schedule and remotely trigger snack feeding, sized for treats and freeze-dried food up to 12mm
- Two-way communication includes pre-recorded voice commands and a pet-initiated call button
- Automatically edits and sends a daily 30-second "day in the life" video of your pet
Worth noting
- Enabot's page marks (at least part of) ROLA PetPal as unavailable in the UK
- 24/7 cloud playback and smart alerts need the optional paid Cloud+ subscription; local recording alone doesn't cover those
- AI-powered playtime specifically requires buying the separate ROLA PetPal Interactive Toys accessory
- Shortest quoted battery life in Enabot's current lineup at 2-8 hours

What we couldn’t verify
- On Oct 25, 2026 the "ROLA PetPal+Water Fountain" style was $199.00, the review's price; the page opens on "With Treat Dispenser" at $179.00 ($199.00 crossed out). The review, written Oct 13, 2026, used $199.00 and does not say which style.
- The FAQ describes a basic version where the Treat Dispenser and Interactive Toys are bought separately, yet each option is named as a bundle; the page does not say whether the fountain style includes the dispenser, or what the "storage module" is.
- The page calls 2880 x 1620 "2.5K"; the EBO Air 2 Plus page calls the same 2880 x 1620 "3K".
- The page names a "Cloud+ Subscription Service" for 24/7 Cloud Playback and smart alerts but gives no price, trial or storage period. The "Pre-Recorded Voice Commands" blurb repeats the feeder text, so the page does not explain what the commands are.
- The page lists the daily 30s "day-in-the-life" video as a feature and again inside its Cloud+ Subscription Service section; it does not say whether the video needs the paid plan.
- The page marks "Snack Feeding & AI Playing*" with "Unavailable in the UK" and does not say whether the camera, voice and other features ship to the UK.
- Not on the page: dispenser capacity beyond 3-5 pieces per feeding, recording hours on the 32GB card, an IP or water-resistance rating, and what the 56.4-63.7 db test setting "70" means.
- Warranty: the page badge says "1 Year Warranty"; the store's refund policy gives 1 year worldwide except Europe (2 years there), valid in the country of purchase. The store's separate warranty and FAQ pages were not found on Oct 25, 2026.
