Our verdict

ROLA PetTracker is a wearable GPS tracker and camera for pets over 4kg, combining four positioning methods, a settable safety-fence radius, two-way voice, and life-grade waterproofing. It's sold as a US version needing your own Nano SIM card, with no night vision and a 3-5 day battery life, so it suits owners who specifically want live location tracking on a collar.

Best for
Owners of cats or dogs over 4kg who want live GPS location tracking and a safety-fence alert on a collar-mounted device.
Skip if
Your pet is under 4kg, you're outside the US (cellular/SIM compatibility isn't confirmed), or you want night-vision footage.

Why 3.4/5: Lifted by four ways of locating a pet, a settable 50-150m safety fence and two-way voice with an SOS button. Held back by a 480P camera with no night vision, a 3-5 day battery, a SIM card and charging adapter you must supply, and a 15-minute normal-mode update behind a "real-time" label.

ROLA PetTracker is on sale at $59 (from $99) and is a different category of device from Enabot's camera robots: a small (62x37.5x27.1mm, 70g) wearable that clips onto a pet's existing collar or harness via an included back clip, fur-pressing pad, and strap.

Location uses what Enabot calls quadruple positioning -- GPS, LBS, sound-and-light, and image positioning -- updating every 15 minutes in normal mode, every 2 hours in power-saving mode, or on demand with a roughly 30-second manual update. A virtual safety fence can be set between a 50 and 150 meter radius, sending a real-time app alert if the pet strays beyond it, and a "Beep + Flash" feature plus route tracking help locate a pet in the dark.

It also carries a 480p camera (89.8-degree angle, six-axis gyro stabilization, no night vision) and supports real-time two-way voice, letting an owner talk to their pet and, via a built-in SOS button, letting the pet "call" the owner. A QR code on the device lets anyone scan for the pet's information, and the app tracks activity and health data over time.

The tracker requires a customer-supplied Nano SIM card -- it isn't included -- and Enabot sells it as a US version, so confirm cellular/network compatibility before buying outside the US. It's rated for life-grade waterproofing (safe in rain, not for submersion) and has a built-in temperature sensor with over-temperature protection; Enabot recommends it for cats and dogs over 4kg. Battery capacity is 1500mAh, rated for 3-5 days of use with a 1.5-hour charge time.

Standard Enabot shipping and return policies apply: free shipping with duties/VAT included, a 14-day free-reason return or 7-day DOA replacement/refund, and a 1-year warranty (2 years in the EU).

How it compares

The PetTracker is worn by the pet instead of driving around the house, so it answers a different question from the ROLA Mini Pet Monitor: where the pet is, not what it does indoors. On Oct 25, 2026 it was $59.00 against $139.99 for the ROLA Mini, $80.99 less, with a 480P camera at 89.8° (the ROLA Mini lists 2K, 2304 x 1296, at 137°), a 1500mAh battery rated 3-5 days (5000mAh and up to 25 days on the ROLA Mini) and a 70g body (530g±10g).

The EBO SE 2 at $152.99 is a 2K indoor robot with a laser pointer and a pre-inserted 32GB card; the PetTracker needs a Nano SIM you supply and a charging adapter you supply. Who it suits: the PetTracker for a cat or dog over 4 kg that goes outdoors or slips out, with an owner willing to buy a SIM and a plan; the robots for indoor check-ins. Skip the PetTracker for a pet under 4 kg or if you want night video: the page says night version is not supported.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Read on Oct 25, 2026 from the store's shipping policy, refund policy (which also holds the warranty terms) and terms of service, with its home page checked for conflicts. Where they say nothing, the point says so.

  • Where it ships: "most countries worldwide". If your country can be selected at checkout and no delivery restriction is shown, the store says it can ship there. Some countries are unavailable because of carrier restrictions; the policy points to [email protected] for alternatives.
  • Shipping fee: free for main units and bundles to Asia, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; $19.9 for accessories to those regions. "Other available regions" pay $49.9 for either.
  • Delivery time: estimates of 5-15 days to the United States, around 10 days to Canada, 7-15 days to Europe and 7-10 days to Asia Pacific (a list that includes Australia and New Zealand), given in days rather than business days. Actual delivery "may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier services". For a faster option the policy says to email [email protected] before ordering; extra charges may apply.
  • Carriers and tracking: DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS are named, along with Yanwen Express, SF Express and "other freight forwarder channels as needed"; the store picks one by location and order details. Tracking comes by email and on the carrier's website. Signature and curbside delivery are not mentioned. An order may be split into several parcels, each with its own tracking email.
  • Taxes and duties: VAT and import tax are included for Asia, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand ("No extra fees upon delivery"). Elsewhere, local customs may charge duties, VAT or customs fees that the store says are "not within our control".
  • Address changes and cancellations: before the order ships, email [email protected] with the order number and correct address. After it ships, the address "cannot be changed"; rerouting through [email protected] may bring carrier fees. You can ask to cancel before you receive the shipment notification email, and the store "will try to cancel the order for you"; once shipping information is provided, "cancellations are no longer supported".
  • Missing, wrong or damaged items: email [email protected] with the order number, a photo of the package showing the shipping label, a photo of everything inside and a description. The store says that "depending on the situation" it will arrange a replacement, refund or partial refund. If no shipping update arrives within 7 business days of ordering, email [email protected].
  • Two return routes: a 14-day return lets you apply for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package "for any reason"; for returns not related to quality, "the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer". A 7-day return for items that arrive damaged, different or nonfunctional allows an exchange or full refund within 7 days of receipt, with return shipping paid by Enabot; email pictures or video plus a picture of the entire package.
  • Condition: returned items must be in original condition, "without any installation marks or signs of use", and sealed in the original packaging. That sentence sits under the 7-day damaged-item heading; the 14-day return names no condition of its own.
  • Not returnable: all accessories, including "chargers, replacement parts, and any other accessory items", are non-refundable.
  • How a return runs: email [email protected] with the reason, your order number and shipping address; the store says it will get back to you within 48 hours. You need an RMA number from support before sending anything, and the parcel must go to the return address the store confirms: a US warehouse in DeSoto, Texas or a Germany warehouse in Düsseldorf. A parcel sent to an unapproved address "may result in the refund being denied".
  • Refunds: after the parcel arrives, inspection takes "a few days"; the refund then "will be processed within 5 business days" and the store emails a notice. How soon it reaches you "depends on the processing speed of the bank". The page does not say which payment method the refund goes to, and it mentions no restocking fee.
  • Warranty length: the warranty section covers Enabot products "purchased from authorized platforms" and does not list those platforms. It gives 1 year worldwide except European countries and 2 years for purchases within European countries, counted from the date you receive the package, and it applies only in the country of purchase.
  • Warranty coverage: if "performance failure occurs during the warranty period, under conditions of proper use", the store says it will provide warranty service; it does not say whether that means repair, replacement or refund. Claims go to [email protected]. The page also recommends backing up and emptying the SD card before returning or exchanging the product.
  • Warranty exclusions: normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, accidents (collision, fire, flood, earthquake, spills), neglect, abuse, alteration, modification, unusual stress, unauthorized repair or installation, improper storage, or use with unsuitable devices, software or services; use not following the documentation; damage from third-party equipment; commercial use or resale; and used or resold products. Enabot "reserves the right to make the final interpretation" of the terms.
  • Seller and contact: the terms of service name WeHome Technology Company Limited and [email protected]; the home page gives [email protected] for questions. No page gives a postal address for the company; the two warehouse addresses are for approved returns.

Where the pages disagree

  • Banner against the policy: the home page says "14 days return" and "1-year warranty". The refund policy makes accessories non-refundable, puts return shipping on you for returns not related to quality, and gives 2 years for purchases within European countries.
  • Refund speed: the return steps say the store will "start to refund you immediately" once it has inspected the parcel. The refund section says inspection takes "a few days" and the refund is processed "within 5 business days".
  • Contact address: the 7-day clause sends damaged or nonfunctional items to [email protected], while the shipping policy sends damaged items to [email protected], and the refund policy sends return requests and warranty claims to [email protected].

For this product, the page shows $59.00 with $99.00 crossed out (Sale 40% off) and the refund policy names no sale-price exclusion; Sunburst Yellow and Moonlight White were available and Midnight Blue was not in the store data on Oct 25, 2026; the shipping policy lists free shipping for main units and bundles but $19.9 for accessories (also non-refundable) and does not say which this tracker counts as, so check at checkout; the SIM card and the charging adapter are not included.

What we liked

  • Quadruple positioning (GPS, LBS, sound-and-light, and image) rather than GPS alone, for more reliable location in different conditions
  • Virtual safety fence sends a real-time alert if your pet wanders past a radius you set between 50 and 150 meters
  • Two-way voice lets your pet "call" you via an SOS button, and life-grade waterproofing means rain isn't an issue
  • Comes with a back clip, fur-pressing pad, and strap that fit onto your pet's existing collar or harness

Worth noting

  • Needs a customer-supplied Nano SIM card (not included) and is sold as a US version, so cellular compatibility outside the US isn't confirmed
  • No night vision on its 480p camera, well below Enabot's other camera robots
  • Battery lasts only 3-5 days per charge, short next to ROLA Mini's 25-day standby
  • Recommended only for cats and dogs over 4kg; long-furred pets may need the included fur-pressing pad to keep the lens clear

Questions before you buy

Does ROLA PetTracker come with a SIM card?

No. It uses a Nano SIM card that you supply yourself, and Enabot sells it as a US version.

What size pet is it made for?

Enabot recommends it for cats and dogs over 4kg; for long-haired dogs, a bundled fur-pressing pad helps keep the lens clear.

Is it waterproof?

It supports life-grade waterproofing and can be used in the rain, but Enabot says it should not be submerged in water.

How often does it update location?

Every 15 minutes in normal mode, every 2 hours in power-saving mode, or on demand with a manual update that takes about 30 seconds.

Could the tracker overheat and hurt my pet?

Enabot says it has a built-in temperature sensor with over-temperature protection and heat-dissipating materials, and states it will not cause burns or harm with normal use.

From the store

What we couldn’t verify

  • Stock: on Oct 25, 2026 the store data lists Sunburst Yellow and Moonlight White as available and Midnight Blue as unavailable; all three are $59.00, the review's price, and the page opens on Sunburst Yellow.
  • The page tags the tracker "Real-Time GPS Tracking", but the stated update interval is every 15 minutes in normal mode, every 2 hours in power saving, or a manual update of about 30 seconds.
  • It is sold as a US Version needing a Nano SIM you supply and a charging adapter you supply (the FAQ says none is included). The page names no supported carriers, bands, data plan or app fee, so the running cost is not stated.
  • The store description says "waterproof"; the page limits it to life-grade waterproofing, rain but no submersion, with no IP rating. The FAQ's heat figures (45, 55, 40) print two with a quote mark and name no scale; "will not cause burns" shows no test data.
  • "Health and Activity Monitoring" and the neighborhood pet "social network" are tags with no detail on what is measured, how accurate it is, or what location or photo data is shared.
  • Warranty: the page badge says "1 Year Warranty"; the store's refund policy gives 1 year worldwide except Europe (2 years there), valid in the country of purchase. The store's separate warranty and FAQ pages were not found on Oct 25, 2026.
