Our verdict
The ROLA Smart Pet Water Fountain uses a magnetic induction wireless pump to keep electrical parts separate from the water, paired with app-based hydration monitoring and alerts for low water, low battery, filter changes, and cleaning. It comes in cordless and plug-in versions with 3-layer filtration. It's a U.S.-only product on Enabot's own storefront, so it fits American buyers rounding out a pet-tech purchase.
- Best for
- US-based pet owners who want app-monitored hydration alerts and a wireless, easier-to-clean fountain pump.
- Skip if
- You're outside the U.S. -- Enabot's page marks this fountain as U.S.-only.
Why 3.5/5: Lifted by a magnetic induction pump that keeps electronics out of the tank, three-layer filtration, app reminders and a 2.0 L tank. Held back by US-only sale, a plug-in version unavailable on Oct 25, a 60-day battery claim with no test conditions, and no noise figure or filter price on the page.
The ROLA Smart Pet Water Fountain comes in two versions on Enabot's store: a plug-in version at $35.99 (listed at $39.99) and a cordless version at $39.99 (listed at $49.99), as of October 17, 2026. Enabot's product page marks it as available only in the U.S., unlike most of Enabot's camera robots, which ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
Its core feature is a magnetic induction wireless pump design, which keeps electrical circuits separate from the water tank entirely. Enabot positions this as both a safety feature and a cleanliness one, reducing the dirt buildup that can come from a wired pump sitting in the water, while keeping circulation quiet.
The fountain connects to Enabot's app for smart hydration monitoring, sending notifications for low water level, low battery, when the filter needs replacing, and when the fountain itself needs cleaning -- giving pet owners a way to track drinking patterns rather than just topping off water on a guess. A 3-layer filtration system and a detachable tank are built for regular cleaning.
It's sold in two versions, cordless and plug-in, so owners can choose battery-free operation or a flexible, battery-powered placement anywhere in the home. Some third-party coverage Enabot features on its own product page cites a 60-day battery life from a 5000mAh battery for the cordless version; that figure comes from press coverage rather than Enabot's own tech-spec table, so treat it as a reported figure to confirm rather than a guaranteed spec.
As a U.S.-only product, it falls outside Enabot's standard multi-region shipping policy; buyers should confirm final availability and any regional terms at checkout.

How it compares
No other review of this type is a stand-alone water fountain, so the closest comparison is price and what each ROLA product needs. On Oct 25, 2026 the fountain was $25.99 cordless and $35.99 plug-in (unavailable); the ROLA PetTracker was $59.00 and needs a Nano SIM and a charging adapter you supply, and the ROLA PetPal page sold a "ROLA PetPal+Water Fountain" style at $199.00, $20.00 above its $179.00 "With Treat Dispenser" style; that page does not say which fountain version the bundle contains.
Who it suits: the fountain for a cat or dog owner in the US who wants refill, filter and cleaning reminders in an app, with a 2.0 L tank; the PetPal bundle if you also want the feeder and camera in one purchase; the PetTracker for a pet that goes outdoors. Skip the fountain outside the US, since the page says it is available only there, or if you want a stated noise level, since the page gives none for its "Ultra-Quiet" claim.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Read on Oct 25, 2026 from the store's shipping policy, refund policy (which also holds the warranty terms) and terms of service, with its home page checked for conflicts. Where they say nothing, the point says so.
- Where it ships: "most countries worldwide". If your country can be selected at checkout and no delivery restriction is shown, the store says it can ship there. Some countries are unavailable because of carrier restrictions; the policy points to [email protected] for alternatives.
- Shipping fee: free for main units and bundles to Asia, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; $19.9 for accessories to those regions. "Other available regions" pay $49.9 for either.
- Delivery time: estimates of 5-15 days to the United States, around 10 days to Canada, 7-15 days to Europe and 7-10 days to Asia Pacific (a list that includes Australia and New Zealand), given in days rather than business days. Actual delivery "may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier services". For a faster option the policy says to email [email protected] before ordering; extra charges may apply.
- Carriers and tracking: DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS are named, along with Yanwen Express, SF Express and "other freight forwarder channels as needed"; the store picks one by location and order details. Tracking comes by email and on the carrier's website. Signature and curbside delivery are not mentioned. An order may be split into several parcels, each with its own tracking email.
- Taxes and duties: VAT and import tax are included for Asia, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand ("No extra fees upon delivery"). Elsewhere, local customs may charge duties, VAT or customs fees that the store says are "not within our control".
- Address changes and cancellations: before the order ships, email [email protected] with the order number and correct address. After it ships, the address "cannot be changed"; rerouting through [email protected] may bring carrier fees. You can ask to cancel before you receive the shipment notification email, and the store "will try to cancel the order for you"; once shipping information is provided, "cancellations are no longer supported".
- Missing, wrong or damaged items: email [email protected] with the order number, a photo of the package showing the shipping label, a photo of everything inside and a description. The store says that "depending on the situation" it will arrange a replacement, refund or partial refund. If no shipping update arrives within 7 business days of ordering, email [email protected].
- Two return routes: a 14-day return lets you apply for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package "for any reason"; for returns not related to quality, "the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer". A 7-day return for items that arrive damaged, different or nonfunctional allows an exchange or full refund within 7 days of receipt, with return shipping paid by Enabot; email pictures or video plus a picture of the entire package.
- Condition: returned items must be in original condition, "without any installation marks or signs of use", and sealed in the original packaging. That sentence sits under the 7-day damaged-item heading; the 14-day return names no condition of its own.
- Not returnable: all accessories, including "chargers, replacement parts, and any other accessory items", are non-refundable.
- How a return runs: email [email protected] with the reason, your order number and shipping address; the store says it will get back to you within 48 hours. You need an RMA number from support before sending anything, and the parcel must go to the return address the store confirms: a US warehouse in DeSoto, Texas or a Germany warehouse in Düsseldorf. A parcel sent to an unapproved address "may result in the refund being denied".
- Refunds: after the parcel arrives, inspection takes "a few days"; the refund then "will be processed within 5 business days" and the store emails a notice. How soon it reaches you "depends on the processing speed of the bank". The page does not say which payment method the refund goes to, and it mentions no restocking fee.
- Warranty length: the warranty section covers Enabot products "purchased from authorized platforms" and does not list those platforms. It gives 1 year worldwide except European countries and 2 years for purchases within European countries, counted from the date you receive the package, and it applies only in the country of purchase.
- Warranty coverage: if "performance failure occurs during the warranty period, under conditions of proper use", the store says it will provide warranty service; it does not say whether that means repair, replacement or refund. Claims go to [email protected]. The page also recommends backing up and emptying the SD card before returning or exchanging the product.
- Warranty exclusions: normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, accidents (collision, fire, flood, earthquake, spills), neglect, abuse, alteration, modification, unusual stress, unauthorized repair or installation, improper storage, or use with unsuitable devices, software or services; use not following the documentation; damage from third-party equipment; commercial use or resale; and used or resold products. Enabot "reserves the right to make the final interpretation" of the terms.
- Seller and contact: the terms of service name WeHome Technology Company Limited and [email protected]; the home page gives [email protected] for questions. No page gives a postal address for the company; the two warehouse addresses are for approved returns.
Where the pages disagree
- Banner against the policy: the home page says "14 days return" and "1-year warranty". The refund policy makes accessories non-refundable, puts return shipping on you for returns not related to quality, and gives 2 years for purchases within European countries.
- Refund speed: the return steps say the store will "start to refund you immediately" once it has inspected the parcel. The refund section says inspection takes "a few days" and the refund is processed "within 5 business days".
- Contact address: the 7-day clause sends damaged or nonfunctional items to [email protected], while the shipping policy sends damaged items to [email protected], and the refund policy sends return requests and warranty claims to [email protected].
For this product, the page says it is available only in the U.S. and opens on the cordless version at $25.99 with $49.99 crossed out (Sale 48% off), and the refund policy names no sale-price exclusion; the plug-in version ($35.99) was unavailable in the store data on Oct 25, 2026; the shipping policy lists free shipping for main units and bundles but $19.9 for accessories (also non-refundable) and does not say which this fountain counts as, so check at checkout.
What we liked
- Magnetic induction wireless pump keeps all electrical parts out of the water tank, which Enabot positions as safer and less prone to dirt buildup than wired pumps
- Smart app alerts cover low water, low battery, filter replacement, and cleaning reminders
- 3-layer filtration with a detachable, easy-to-clean tank
- Available in both a cordless and a plug-in version
Worth noting
- Only available in the U.S. per Enabot's own product page -- not an option for buyers in Canada, the UK, Australia, or New Zealand
- The specific cordless battery life (one piece of press coverage Enabot features cites 60 days from a 5000mAh battery) isn't confirmed on Enabot's own spec sheet in the same visit
- Smart monitoring features need the companion app and a Wi-Fi connection

What we couldn’t verify
- On Oct 25, 2026 the cordless version was $25.99 ($49.99 crossed out) and the plug-in version $35.99 ($39.99 crossed out) but unavailable; the review, written Oct 17, 2026, listed the plug-in at $35.99 and the cordless at $39.99 and used "From $35.99".
- The review says the 60-day battery figure is not confirmed on Enabot's own spec sheet; the page's tags and FAQ, read Oct 25, 2026, state up to 60 days from a built-in 5000mAh battery for the cordless version, with no test conditions, and the specification table has no battery row.
- "Ultra-Quiet Circulation" comes with no decibel figure, and the page gives no pump flow rate, replacement filter or sponge price, or whether replacement filters and sponges are sold in the store.
- The page's press quotes say tracking drinking patterns "can help prevent potential health issues"; no evidence is shown. The "98.5%" satisfaction figure shows no source.
- The page says "Only Available in the U.S."; the store's shipping policy lists many countries and does not mention this product's limit.
- Warranty: the page badge says "1 Year Warranty"; the store's refund policy gives 1 year worldwide except Europe (2 years there), valid in the country of purchase. The store's separate warranty and FAQ pages were not found on Oct 25, 2026.
