Our verdict

Fits a buyer who wants a $79 dual dynamic earphone with a 3.5mm plug and a text specification list. Look elsewhere if you need an impedance with a unit, a sensitivity with a reference, or a 4.4mm or Type-C plug as a listed option. Most claims sit in pictures, and every figure here is the page's own.

Why 3.5/5: Lifted by a list of specification figures in the page text; held back by a short page text whose claims sit mostly in pictures rather than text, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and because no independent test was checked for this review: every figure is the store's own.

Dual dynamic drivers are named in the title of the SHANLING Tino, an in-ear earphone that HiFiGO lists at $79 with a standard 3.5mm plug. The description is 15 pictures, but a text specification section gives 18-40000Hz, 113+3dB sensitivity, an impedance of 160 with no unit printed, a weight of 4.6g and a cable length of 1.3 meters.

Options and pricing

Tino Standard 3.5mm is the only option, at $79 and orderable when read. The specification text names a standard 3.5mm plug with an optional 4.4mm plug and a Type-C plug, and a picture says the 3.5mm plug is replaceable and that 4.4mm and Type-C adapters are available for purchase; HiFiGO lists no option for either. A pictured accessory list names earmuffs, equalizing sleeves, low frequency sleeves and a black metal storage box.

How it compares

The Kinera Celest SOL 1DD + 1BC Hybrid Driver IEMs cost $59, against $79 here, and the JUZEAR POISE Series FLAME 1DD+4BA Hybrid In-Ear Earphone Monitor costs $152.10 with a listed resistance of 48Ω. The Tino's impedance is printed as 160 with no unit, so it cannot be set against the FLAME's 48Ω. The Tino suits a buyer who wants dual dynamic drivers and a 3.5mm plug at $79; the other two suit those who want a hybrid layout in the name.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • A text specification section gives 18-40000Hz, 113+3dB, a weight of 4.6g and a cable length of 1.3 meters
  • Type-C plug parameters are listed in text: 384kHz/32bit, noise 122dB, dynamics 100dB and separation 100dB
  • A picture says the standard 3.5mm plug is replaceable and names 4.4mm and Type-C adapters
  • Pictures name a 0.78mm 2pin interface and a cable of 4 strands of 18 core high purity OFC copper wire

Worth noting

  • Impedance is printed as 160 with no unit, and sensitivity as 113+3dB with no reference
  • The plug line repeats T.I.C. three times without explanation
  • The cable picture gives 4 strands of 18 core and also 0.08x49 Core and 0.06x133 Core without saying how they relate
  • Only the 3.5mm option is listed; the 4.4mm and Type-C plugs the page mentions are not options here

Questions before you buy

What impedance and sensitivity does the Tino list?

The specification section prints impedance as 160 and sensitivity as 113+3dB. The impedance has no unit printed and the sensitivity has no reference, so this review does not convert them. No impedance, sensitivity or frequency-range figure appears in the pictures read.

Which plugs does the Tino come with?

HiFiGO's only option is Tino Standard 3.5mm at $79. The specification text names a standard 3.5mm plug with an optional 4.4mm plug and a Type-C plug; a picture says the 3.5mm plug is replaceable and that 4.4mm and Type-C adapters are available for purchase. HiFiGO lists no separate option for them.

What drivers does the Tino use?

The title says dual dynamic drivers and the specification text says double moving coil. Pictures print a low frequency entry of 10mmPU suspended edge liquid crystal polymer diaphragm and a medium and high frequency entry of 8mmDLC class drill carbon diaphragm, next to an N52 magnetic circuit; the wording is as printed.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

What warranty does HiFiGO give?

One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify

  • The specification text prints impedance as 160 with no unit, sensitivity as 113+3dB with no reference, and a plug line that repeats T.I.C. three times; none of these figures is converted or explained here.
  • CONFLICT: a cable picture gives 4 strands of 18 core and also 0.08x49 Core and 0.06x133 Core without saying how they relate; the interface is written 0.78mm2pin in one picture's heading and 0.782Pin in that picture's text and in a second picture.
  • Claims made in the pictures, none independently checked: Hi-Res Audio certification by the Japan Audio Association, tuning based on HRTF, less than 0.05 percent nonlinear distortion and a fit giving no sense of wear.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • 1 of the 15 description pictures on HiFiGO's page did not load when we checked on October 29, 2026 (their image host answered "not found"), so anything they showed is not covered here.
