TFZ KING RS In-Ear Earphones Review
An 11.4MM gold-diaphragm unit, 25Ω resistance and a 3.5 mm plug are named in the pictures of this $238 earphone, sold in three options. It suits buyers who want a cable the pictures call interchangeable and a stated minimum power of 8 milliwatts.

Our verdict
For a buyer who wants a $238 earphone with an 11.4MM gold-diaphragm unit, a 3.5 mm plug and a 0.78mm cable the pictures call interchangeable, with 25Ω and a minimum power figure stated. Look elsewhere if you take the title's Hybrid 4nd Driver Unit to mean several drivers, which the pictures read do not describe, or want an independent measurement. All spec figures are the page's own, read from its pictures.
- Best for
- Buyers who want an 11.4MM gold-diaphragm earphone with a 3.5 mm plug and a cable the pictures call interchangeable, at $238.
- Skip if
- You take the title's Hybrid 4nd Driver Unit to mean several drivers or need a 4.4mm plug.
Why 3.3/5: Four things hold it back: no text specification list, a short page text with most claims in pictures rather than text, store terms that contradict each other, and no independent test checked for this review, so every figure is the store's own.
Three options at $238 each make up the TFZ KING RS listing, a wired in-ear earphone whose title says Hybrid 4nd Driver Unit with a gold diaphragm. Of the 14 pictures, those read describe one 11.4MM double magnetic, double-cavity gold diaphragm unit, 25Ω resistance, 105dB mW sensitivity and a 3.5 mm plug, and do not say hybrid.

Options and pricing
Three options are listed, all at $238 and orderable when read: KING RS-001Gold, KING RS-003silver and KING RS-002Black. The pictures read show a rose-gold or copper pair and a dark gunmetal pair but name no colors and do not say which is sold, so the three option names cannot be matched to them. A cable picture says there are plans to launch a 4.4MM high-specification interchangeable cable; no such cable is listed as an option.
How it compares
The EarAcoustic Audio SPA-Hi End Series 11.4mm Dynamic Driver IEMs also name an 11.4mm dynamic driver and start from $149.90, against $238 here. The TIPSY M3 1DD+2BA Hybrid Drivers In-Ear Earphone is $219 and names a 1DD+2BA hybrid layout, while the KING RS title says hybrid but its pictures describe one unit. The KING RS suits a buyer who wants the 11.4MM gold-diaphragm unit with a stated 25Ω; the M3 suits one who wants a named hybrid layout.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The pictures give a 25Ω resistance, a 105dB mW sensitivity, a frequency range of 5Hz-40K Hz and a minimum power of 8 milliwatts
- A picture names a 0.78mm double pin interchangeable wire, a 1.2 m line and a 3.5 mm plug
- Three options at the same $238
- A picture describes the unit as a Tesla magnetic group with an 11.4MM double magnetic, double-cavity gold diaphragm
Worth noting
- The title says Hybrid 4nd Driver Unit, but the pictures read describe one 11.4MM gold-diaphragm unit and call it the fourth-generation unit
- No picture read names the colors or says which of the pictured pairs is sold
- Sensitivity is printed as 105dB mW with no slash, so its reference is unclear
- No in-the-box picture, tuning graph or impedance curve was seen, and six pictures were not opened
- Only the 3.5 mm plug is listed; a picture says a 4.4MM interchangeable cable is planned
Questions before you buy
Is the KING RS a hybrid with several drivers?
The store title says Hybrid 4nd Driver Unit, but the pictures read describe one 11.4MM double magnetic, double-cavity gold diaphragm unit and call it the fourth-generation unit. No picture read says hybrid or lists several drivers, so this review keeps to the single unit.
What plug and cable does it list?
A picture gives a 3.5 mm Line Type plug, a 1.2 m line length and a standard wire version of 0.78mm double pin interchangeable wire. A cable picture says there are plans to launch a 4.4MM high-specification interchangeable cable, and none is offered in the pictures read.
What impedance and power does it list?
The pictures give Resistance 25Ω, Sensitivity 105dB mW (printed without a slash) and Minimum power 8 milliwatts, with a frequency response range of 5Hz-40K Hz. No impedance curve was seen among the pictures read.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- CONFLICT: the store title says Hybrid 4nd Driver Unit, but the pictures describe one 11.4MM gold-diaphragm unit and call it the fourth-generation unit; no picture read says hybrid or lists several drivers. No picture read names the colors or says which pair is sold.
- Claims made in the pictures, none independently checked: a reference quality position, VGP awards for the KING line, tri-frequency balance and a gold diaphragm made by vacuum magnetron sputtering. Sensitivity is printed as 105dB mW with no slash.
- Silicone Case: 7 pairs sits beside the ear-tip entry and does not say tips. Six of the 14 pictures were not opened.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
