Douk Audio T6PRO TPA3255 Tube Amplifier Review
Hybrid stereo amplifier that pairs JAN5725 tubes with a TPA3255 Class D power stage for up to 300W per channel, adding Bluetooth 5.1, RCA and AUX inputs, a wide dual VU meter and a super-bass control.

Our verdict
The T6PRO is a compact hybrid amp that combines genuine tube flavor with Class D muscle at a $139.99 starting price. Its triple inputs, Bluetooth 5.1 with APTX-HD/LDAC, super-bass control and swinging dual VU meter make it a feature-dense centerpiece for desktop or small-room systems. Just remember the adapter is sold separately in the base version, and the 300W claim is a peak rating.
- Best for
- Listeners who want tube warmth and serious Class D power in one compact amp for desktop speakers or a small home theater.
- Skip if
- You need a headphone output or want a power adapter included in the box at the base price.
Why 3.7/5: Lifted by $139.99 for tubes, a TPA3255 stage, Bluetooth 5.1 with LDAC and a full power table. Held back by a 300W x 2 headline that no listed supply reaches, adapter options that conflict inside the page, and no headphone output.
The Douk Audio T6PRO is a compact hybrid stereo amplifier priced at $139.99. It sits in the integrated-amp category, blending a tube preamp section with a digital Class D power stage, and comes in black or yellow with or without a 32V/5A or 48V/5A power adapter depending on the variant you pick.
The hybrid recipe is the headline: JAN5725 tubes run at 100V for what Douk Audio calls true tube amplification, feeding a TPA3255 Class D chip that can output up to 300W per channel and drive 4-8 ohm speakers. Douk Audio uses a QCC5125 Bluetooth chip with APTX-HD and LDAC support, plus WIMA, ELNA and Rubycon capacitors, professional audio inductors and sealed precision potentiometers on the component side.
Connections are generous for the size: Bluetooth 5.1, two groups of stereo RCA and a 3.5mm AUX input, with speaker jacks and a 3.5mm AUX preamp output for feeding a second amp, active speakers or a subwoofer in a 2.1 setup. Tone controls cover the usual treble and bass, and a super-bass knob extends low-frequency boost down toward 20Hz. A single wide panel holds the dual VU meter, whose pointers track the signal and double as an overload warning.

How it compares
The nearest match is the Douk Audio X1 Bluetooth Tube Amplifier 160W review, at the same $139.99. Both pair JAN5725 tubes with an amplifier chip and offer a subwoofer or pre-out for a 2.1 system. The X1 page lists a TDA7498E chip rated 160W+160W into 4Ω, an MM phono input, stereo RCA, Bluetooth 5.0 (aptX and aptX-HD) and a 32V/5A supply in the box, with THD of 0.5% and SNR above 90dB. The T6PRO page lists a TPA3255 chip with a 300W per channel maximum, two RCA inputs, a 3.5mm AUX input, Bluetooth 5.1 with LDAC as well, THD of 0.01% and SNR of 102dB or better, but no phono input and no adapter in the base variant. Its table shows the 300W is a ceiling: 78W+78W into 4Ω with the 32V/5A supply and 120W+120W with 48V/5A. The prices are not like for like: the T6PRO's $139.99 is the option without an adapter, and its 32V/5A bundle costs $159.99 against the X1's $139.99 with a 32V/5A supply included. Choose the X1 for a turntable and a supply in the box; choose the T6PRO for the cleaner printed figures, three tone controls and the dual VU meter.
The ST-01 PRO Bluetooth Tube Amplifier review ($109.99) is $30.00 cheaper (and its price includes a 24V adapter, which the T6PRO's does not) and adds digital inputs: a 100W+100W rating into 4Ω, with Bluetooth 5.0, PC-USB, optical, coaxial, U-disk and RCA inputs and a 24V adapter in the box, against the T6PRO's RCA, AUX and Bluetooth inputs. The Douk Audio ST-02 Integrated Tube Amplifier review ($239.99, a pre-sale listing) uses the same TPA3255 chip for $100.00 more and adds PC-USB, optical, coaxial and U-disk inputs, headphone outputs and a subwoofer filter; its boxed 36V/6A adapter gives 107W+107W into 4Ω, between the T6PRO's 78W+78W and 120W+120W rows. If you already own a suitable supply or plan to buy the 48V one, the T6PRO is the cheaper route to the same chip; for digital inputs, headphones or 2.1 filtering, look at the ST-01 PRO or the ST-02.
Shipping, returns and warranty
- Shipping: Douk Audio's current shipping page says orders are generally processed no later than the next business day and arrive in 2-8 business days, with duties, taxes and customs fees included in the checkout price unless noted otherwise.
- Older shipping terms are still online: airmail at 10-25 days for parcels under 2 kg, DHL, UPS or FedEx at 5-8 days above that, and a line saying the store is not responsible for import duties. Check the delivery estimate and any duties at checkout.
- Returns: ask within 30 days of delivery and wait for approval before sending anything; an approved return has to ship within 7 days. Items need all packaging and accessories and no excessive wear, or the store can refuse them or refund part of the price. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.
- Not refunded: original and expedited shipping, duties, taxes and customs charges, unless the law requires it or the store made the error. The return page does not say who pays return postage, and the older refund page excludes mistaken orders and change-of-mind returns from free after-sale service.
- Warranty: 24 months from purchase for manufacturing defects, with free repair, a replacement unit and free shipping both ways for covered repairs. Drops, liquid, DIY repairs, lightning, extreme temperatures and misuse are excluded (partial fees may apply), and damage from weak packing on the way back may not be covered. The older refund page still says 1 year.
- Seller: the site is run by Shenzhen Anba Technology Co., Ltd (Shenzhen, China) and HONGKONG LONGSHENG Import and Export Trading Co., Limited (Hong Kong); support is by email at [email protected]. These terms cover orders placed on doukaudio.com; other sellers apply their own.
For this product, the page has a 'Shipping to' selector (US, UK, EU, AU, Other) and shows Free Shipping, 2-8 Days Arrival, 30-Day Return and 2-Year Warranty badges near the price; the store's option data prices every adapter option $10.00 higher for 'Other' than for US, UK, EU and AU.
What we liked
- Hybrid design: a real tube stage for warmth backed by a TPA3255 Class D power section
- 30W-plus rated output per channel and 4-8 ohm compatibility suit bookshelf speakers, desktops and home theater
- Three wired inputs plus Bluetooth 5.1 (APTX-HD/LDAC) mean fewer cable swaps between sources
- Treble, bass and a dedicated super-bass knob that reaches down to 20Hz
- One-piece dual-panel VU meter with pointers that swing with the signal in real time
Worth noting
- The base variants ship without a power adapter, so plan for the 32V/5A or 48V/5A bundle or your own supply
- The 300W x 2 figure is a maximum output rating; real-world power depends on the adapter and speakers used
- No headphone output is listed, so it is a speaker-only amplifier
Questions before you buy
Does the T6PRO include a power supply?
It depends on the variant. Some variants ship without a power adapter, while others include a 32V/5A or 48V/5A adapter. Check the option you select before ordering.
Can the T6PRO drive a subwoofer?
Yes, indirectly. It has a 3.5mm AUX preamp output that can feed another amplifier, active speakers or an active subwoofer to build a 2.1 or multi-channel system.
Which Bluetooth codecs does it support?
The T6PRO uses a QCC5125 Bluetooth chip with Bluetooth 5.1 and supports APTX-HD and LDAC for high-quality wireless streaming.
What is the return and warranty policy?
Douk Audio's current policy pages give you 30 days from delivery to request a return, which Douk must approve before you send the item back (within 7 days of approval); original shipping fees and duties aren't refunded. Its warranty covers manufacturing defects for 24 months from purchase, with free repair or replacement.

What we couldn’t verify
- Power: the page lists 'Max output power: 300Wx2 (@4Ω)', but its table gives 78W+78W into 4Ω with 32V/5A, 120W+120W with 48V/5A and 250W+250W with 48V/10A; no listed supply reaches 300W and no 48V/10A adapter is offered.
- Price: $139.99 is the 'Without Power Adapter' option (black or yellow VU meter); the 32V/5A bundle is $159.99 and the 48V/5A bundle $169.99 for US, UK, EU and AU, each $10.00 higher for 'Other'. The cheaper option leaves out the adapter, which the amplifier needs (DC 24-48V).
- Adapter: the tips say it 'comes with optional' 32V/5A and 48V/5A adapters and the packing list marks both '(Optional)', while the features text says it includes a 48V/5A GaN adapter; what ships by default is unclear.
- THD 0.01%, SNR 102dB or better and 20Hz-20kHz (±1dB) come with no test level or load.
- The page says the JAN5725 tubes run at 100V for 'true tube amplification' and gives no measurement of what the tube stage does; its replacement list ends with 'etc.'.
- Bluetooth is 5.1 with aptX-HD and LDAC at 24bit/96kHz and no range or latency figure; the page lists no headphone output.
