DYU CampX Foldable Electric Wagon Review
A folding electric wagon, not a bike, listed at €999 with 1200W max power, a 36V 8Ah detachable battery and a 772 lbs (350 kg) max load per its spec list. The page limits it to off-road use at campsites, parks and private grounds.

Our verdict
This wagon makes sense for someone who wants a folding powered wagon for the off-road uses the page names and accepts that limit. Look elsewhere if you need a stated range, a wagon weight or a capacity figure that matches the interior size, or if loose gravel and sand are your main ground, since RV Optimizer calls rear-only drive the main limitation there. The main caveat is that outside coverage is two videos of units DYU sent, and in one of them the wagon reached about 11 mph with a heavy load against the page's 7.5 mph.

Why 3.5/5: Two outside videos of the wagon with the same headline figures, and a page that lists motor, battery, sizes and box contents, lift it; a capacity figure that conflicts with the interior size and store-level terms and reputation notes covered elsewhere on this page hold it back.
The CampX is a folding electric wagon rather than a bike, listed at €999. Its spec list gives 1200W max power, a 36V 8Ah detachable lithium battery, a 3-hour charging time, a 7.5 mph (12 km/h) top speed and a 772 lbs (350 kg) max load, and the page says it is for off-road use only: campsites, parks and private grounds. Two outside videos of the US-sold wagon show the same headline figures, and DYU sent the unit in both cases.

Options and pricing
Black is the only color, at €999, and the page shows a crossed-out price of €1,399; the variant was in stock when read. The box list names the wagon, a battery, a charger, a seat plate, a folding floor board, an instruction manual, two rear support rods and either a magnetic buckle or a securing strap. The page shows no other color or battery option.
How it compares
Next to the DYU C9 20-Inch Long-Range Electric Bike, also listed at €999 as a folding fat-tire e-bike with a 250W motor, a 48V 15.6Ah battery and 30kg, the CampX lists 1200W, a 36V 8Ah battery and no weight of its own. The DYU M20 All-Terrain Long-Range Electric Bike costs €899 with a 250W rated motor (1000W peak) and is not foldable, whereas the wagon lists a folded size of 18.9 x 11.4 x 29.5 in.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Where it sells: the shipping page names these EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden (Croatia appears twice); Germany is not on the list, and a cart test on 22 October 2026 returned no shipping rate for a German, UK, US, Swiss, Norwegian or Vietnamese address, while French, Spanish and Italian addresses got free delivery in an estimated 3 to 5 business days. Prices are in euros. Shipping: free over EUR 100, an estimated 3 to 5 business days, shipped within 2 working days from a Poland or German warehouse by FedEx, UPS or DPD (the FAQ page says 2 to 7 business days, and the Terms of Service say delivery 'may take up to 50 days'). Returns: the return page gives 30 days for a bike in its original packaging with under 10 km on the display; for a change of mind the buyer pays the return and EUR 200 per e-bike (EUR 100 per battery) is deducted, a defective bike is exchanged or refunded within 30 days, and cancelling before shipment costs 5%. The return page's fees name e-bikes and batteries; it does not say whether they apply to a wagon. The FAQ on this product page says 14 days, and the Terms of Service describe a 7-day dead-on-arrival rule, 10 days for faulty goods and 30 days for unopened items. Warranty: the warranty page gives one year from delivery for manufacturing defects: a replacement frame only (no labor), a battery repaired or replaced in year one and then a prorated credit, tires, brake pads and chains excluded, and claims by email to [email protected] with photos or video; product pages show a '12-24 Months Warranty' banner.
Before you buy
The page shows 25 customer reviews with 80% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify. Reputation: Trustpilot lists dyucycle.com with a TrustScore of 3.7 from 209 reviews (60% five-star, 26% one-star), a profile claimed in June 2024 with a Dover, Delaware address, and says the company replies to negative reviews. Recent one-star reviews describe bikes cutting out while riding, requests for EUR 100 to 200 return fees, unanswered emails and, from a Dutch reviewer, a model that was not road legal in the Netherlands; we have not verified any of them. The registry shows dyucycle.com registered on 8 April 2021. The About page says DYU was founded in 2016 and sells in over 60 countries, which we could not confirm; the Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, while the contact page gives a Rotterdam office address. The page shows a crossed-out price of €1,399 next to its '60-Day Lowest Price Guarantee' banner; that is the store's own comparison figure.
What we liked
- Spec list gives a folded size of 18.9 x 11.4 x 29.5 in (48 x 29 x 75 cm) against 47.2 x 23.2 x 22.8 in (120 x 59 x 58 cm) unfolded
- The page lists a 1200W rear dual drive, a 36V 8Ah detachable battery with a 3-hour charging time and a 1.5 inch digital screen
- Two outside videos cover this wagon, and one host reports setup in under 5 minutes
- The page lists Ackermann mechanical steering and a triple brake system with regenerative braking
- The box list includes a seat plate, a folding floor board and two rear support rods besides the battery and charger
Worth noting
- The page limits it to off-road use (campsites, parks and private grounds) and says it is not intended for public roads
- Only the rear wheels are driven per RV Optimizer, who names the front diving into loose gravel or sand as the main limitation
- The spec list's 183L does not match its interior size of 36.2 x 18.9 x 13 in, which multiplies to about 146 liters
- The page gives no range figure and no weight for the wagon itself; The Oh Family's host called it heavy and found no official weight
- Both outside videos used a unit DYU sent, and their descriptions carry DYU tracking links
Questions before you buy
What do the two outside videos say about the CampX?
Both cover the wagon as sold in the US with the same headline figures as this page, and DYU sent the unit in both cases. The Oh Family (YouTube, 31 Aug 2026) reports setup in under 5 minutes and use at soccer games and on errands, gives no speed, range, load or hill numbers and calls the wagon heavy. RV Optimizer (YouTube, 25 Aug 2026) reports about 11 mph on flat ground with a heavy load, against the page's 7.5 mph, and loaded a cooler, chairs and a backpack, nothing near 772 lbs.
How does it fold and what is in the box?
The page lists a four-way converging fold that it calls ultra-compact for trunk and closet storage, with a folded size of 18.9 x 11.4 x 29.5 in (48 x 29 x 75 cm). The box list names the wagon, a battery, a charger, a seat plate, a folding floor board, an instruction manual, two rear support rods and a magnetic buckle or a securing strap. The page gives no description of the seat plate.
How is the CampX driven, steered and braked?
The page lists a 1200W high-torque rear dual drive, Ackermann mechanical steering and a triple brake system with regenerative braking, without naming the three brakes. RV Optimizer says only the rear wheels are driven, so the front can dive into loose gravel or sand and slow it down, which he names as the main limitation.
Does DYU ship to my country?
The shipping page names 24 EU countries and prices are in euros. A cart test on 22 October 2026 gave free delivery in an estimated 3 to 5 business days for French, Spanish and Italian addresses and no shipping rate for German, UK, US, Swiss, Norwegian or Vietnamese addresses. Ask [email protected] before ordering from anywhere else.
What is the return window and what does it cost?
The return page gives 30 days for a bike in its original packaging with under 10 km on the display; for a change of mind you pay the return and EUR 200 per e-bike is deducted (EUR 100 per battery). The FAQ on this product page says 14 days and the Terms of Service describe 7, 10 and 30-day rules, so get the terms that apply to your order in writing.
What warranty does a DYU bike carry?
The warranty page gives one year from delivery for manufacturing defects: a replacement frame only, a battery repaired or replaced in year one and then a prorated credit, and claims by email with photos or video. Product pages show a '12-24 Months Warranty' banner that the page does not explain.

What we couldn’t verify
- The spec list gives a capacity of 183L, but the interior size it lists (36.2 x 18.9 x 13 in) multiplies to about 146 liters, so the page's own figures do not agree.
- The page says the wagon is for off-road use only (campsites, parks and private grounds) and not intended for public roads; it states no range, no hill-climb figure and no weight for the wagon itself.
- The 7.5 mph top speed is the page's claim; RV Optimizer reported about 11 mph on flat ground with a heavy load. The page names a triple brake system but not what the three brakes are.
- The store's pages disagree on returns: 30 days on the return page, 14 days in this page's FAQ, and 7, 10 and 30-day rules in the Terms of Service; the return page deducts EUR 200 per e-bike for a change of mind.
- Product pages show a '12-24 Months Warranty' banner while the warranty page gives one year for manufacturing defects.
