Our verdict

This one fits riders who want a mid-drive fat-tire bike with a larger single battery than the FAT-HD 2.0 lists, and who accept the store's own figures. Look elsewhere if you want a measured range or an independent test of this version. The main caveat is that range, class and certification are the store's claims, and the only outside review is a sponsored one of an older bike.

Best for
Buyers who prefer one larger 48V/25Ah battery on a 1,000W mid-drive fat-tire bike.

You want a measured range or an independent test of the current FAT-HD 1.0 Pro.

Why 3.7/5: A specification table with motor, battery, weight and brake figures, the store's published after-sale terms and a sponsored write-up of an older FAT-HD raise it. The company's BBB F grade, with two unanswered complaints, and the absence of independent coverage of this version hold it back.

Listed from $1,999, the FAT-HD 1.0 Pro pairs a Bafang BBSHD 1,000W mid-drive motor with a 48V/25Ah battery and 26 x 4.0 Kenda tires; the store also names it the Hunter X7 and pitches it at hunting. The page lists Class 2 speed limited and unlockable. Electric Bike Review covered a much older FAT-HD in 2019, in a write-up its own page says Eunorau sponsored and with no measured results; it listed a 48V 15.6Ah battery and an estimated range of 10-45 miles, and the reviewer wrote 'Overall, I really enjoyed my time on the FAT-HD.'

Options and pricing

The page offers two colors: Gray at $1,999 and Camo at $2,099, both in stock when read. It shows a crossed-out price of $2,499, and its text also shows $2,399.00, without saying which color each applies to. The price covers the 48V/25Ah battery and the US standard 2.0 A smart charger. Add-ons listed on the page include a 48V25AH Reention Dorado ID-MAX case battery at $699.00, a 27.5 x 3 inch wheel set at $299.00 and a suspension seatpost at $159.00.

How it compares

The Eunorau FAT-HD 2.0 (Hunter X7) Fat-Tire E-Bike lists the same 1,000W mid drive from $2,399, with a 48V15Ah battery plus an optional second 15Ah pack and a range of up to 80 Miles on dual batteries; this model lists a 48V25Ah battery and up to 60 Miles at $1,999. For two motors instead, the Eunorau FAT-AWD 2.0 Dual-Motor Fat-Tire E-Bike starts at $1,699 with a listed AWD 500W+500W motor setup.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping: the shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from warehouses in Las Vegas, with 1 to 3 business days of processing and an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit; Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 shipping option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days), and carriers can add a charge for remote areas. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the 24-Month+ Limited Warranty on bikes bought in the US or Canada from 1 August 2023 covers manufacturing defects only: the frame for 10 years and the battery, motor and electrical components for 24 months, without labor or normal wear (brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, cables, tires, chains, chainrings, cassettes). It is for the original purchaser, needs product registration right after purchase and an inspection by an authorized specialist or dealer after the first year, is cut by 50% for commercial use, does not cover free gifts or pre-installed racks and fenders, and excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video). Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.

Before you buy

The page shows 864 customer reviews with 93% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016. The page shows a live 'people are viewing this right now' counter, which we could not verify. The page marks a 'Free Gift Included' item in its accessories list and does not say whether the offer ends. The page shows a crossed-out regular price and a 'Save' amount or percentage; those are the store's own comparison figures. The store's FAQ defines Class 1, 2 and 3 e-bikes by assist or throttle and a 20 or 28 mph limit and says laws vary by state and country, so check local rules; many bike pages list a speed limit as 'Unlockable'.

What we liked

  • A single 48V/25Ah battery is listed, and its up to 60 Miles range figure carries no dual-battery condition
  • Bafang BBSHD mid motor with a gear sensor and 160 N.m torque listed
  • Hydraulic disc brakes with a motor cutoff switch and 180mm front, 160mm rear rotors
  • The specification table gives weight, payload, rider heights and a full geometry table
  • Fork travel (100mm), cassette (12-28T) and chainring (46T) are all given with figures

Worth noting

  • The page does not say whether the 48V/25Ah battery is removable, and gives no battery weight
  • The only outside write-up is a sponsored 2019 review of a much older version, with no measured results
  • Charger rating is given as '2.0 A' with no charging time stated on the page

What rider size does the page list?

Recommended rider heights are 5'7" ~ 6'4" and the total payload capacity is 375 lbs. The saddle's height to ground is listed as 33.9"-42.5".

How is a Eunorau e-bike shipped and how long does it take?

The shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from Las Vegas warehouses after 1 to 3 business days of processing, with an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit. Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days).

What is the return window?

The return page gives 7 calendar days from receipt to apply. The item must be new, unused and complete in its original packaging, and the buyer pays the return shipping to Eunorau's warehouse; the refund is full only when the fault is Eunorau's. Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty page lists 10 years on the frame and 24 months on the battery, motor and electrical components for bikes bought in the US or Canada after 1 August 2023. It covers manufacturing defects only, needs registration, and excludes wear items, labor and shipping damage.

Does Eunorau offer financing?

Every product page says 'Pay in interest-free installments' under Flexible Payment but names no provider, terms or limits, and we found no payment page, so ask the store before relying on it.

What we couldn’t verify

  • The page lists 'UL Certified: Yes', Class 2 speed limited and unlockable, and a range of up to 60 Miles with no certificate, test or source; its copy also puts the Bafang system at over 1500 watts of peak power.
  • The 2019 Electric Bike Review page called the older FAT-HD 'Moped or Motorcycle (Class 4)' and said its motor pushes it outside accepted e-bike laws in many states; today's page says neither.
  • That older review listed a claimed 62 lb weight (a reader said 73-74 lb) and its page says the site accepts paid testing fees; the current page lists 78.7 lbs without saying how it was weighed.
  • The return page says the buyer pays return shipping, while the terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee.
