Sweaty Yeti Sauna Fit Review

The Sauna Fit is an 8 × 17 ft, 136 sq ft unit from Sweaty Yeti, the sauna brand of Irontown Modular in Spanish Fork, Utah (the seller is KEB Homes, LLC, doing business as Irontown Modular). It puts a 4–6 person cedar sauna and a workout room side by side, each with its own door, plus a front deck for an optional outdoor shower. It is built complete in the factory and delivered as a finished structure.

Sweaty Yeti's floor plan shows the sauna at one end with two bench levels, 18 and 36 inches above the floor, and the workout room filling the middle of the building. The two rooms are finished differently: per the features sheet, the sauna is knotty cedar over a clear-sealed wood-tile floor, while the workout area gets hand-textured drywall painted white and continuous commercial-grade sheet flooring in a grey stone pattern. A cedar ceiling for the workout room is a $1,045 option, and a slatted accent wall with LED light is $2,820.

The sauna runs on a HUUM electric heater and UKU controller, according to Sweaty Yeti's owner's manual, which gives a 30–45 minute heat-up; four carbon-fiber infrared panels are a $4,500 option. The building follows the rest of the range: pressure-treated floor joists, OSB-sheathed 2 × 4 walls, R-13 wall and R-30 ceiling and floor insulation, lifetime architectural shingles, fiber-cement board-and-batten siding, and a roof rated for 30 lb of snow per square foot.

The Sauna Fit starts at $47,200. Other upgrades on the order page: a metal roof ($1,100), metal siding ($1,400) or knotty cedar siding ($2,400), a hinged glass or keypad door ($275 or $545, required with an outdoor shower), the shower from $1,773 to $5,164, window packages ($1,985 or $2,650), Bluetooth speakers ($1,809 or $3,618), a ceiling fan ($818), a mini-split for heating and cooling ($6,640), a cove heater ($1,430) and colored LED lighting in the sauna ($2,210). Placement on your pad is $250; a crane is quoted separately. The April 2026 features sheet lists an older $42,800 base price.

The electrical service is where Sweaty Yeti's documents part ways: the order page says a 50 amp connection, while the August 2026 owner's manual lists 60 amps for the Sauna Fit, or 80 amps with the mini-split. Have an electrician confirm the figure with the company before you order. You also prepare a level gravel or concrete pad and, if you add the shower, a water supply. No gym equipment is included — the treadmill and weights in the brand's illustration are there to show the space.

Checkout takes a 10% deposit ($4,720 on the base price), refundable for five days under the contract, with the balance due within ten days; construction starts after full payment or funded financing, prices can be adjusted if materials or labor rise more than 5%, and change orders cost $250. The build takes about 60–90 days, and delivery is included within 250 miles (quoted elsewhere in the lower 48; Alaska, Hawaii and Canada extra). Financing is available through Nelnet Bank via Buildertrend or GreenSky, subject to credit, and the transferable KEB Homes Limited Warranty's terms are available on request.

Within the range, the Fit Studio is the same size with a workout room only, for $32,300; the Sauna Plus swaps the workout room for a changing room at $46,400; and the Sauna Plunge swaps it for a cold plunge room at $51,700.
